We ate at Chili's last night but before I continue I want you to know that I loved Chili's before last night. When we walked in, we should have realized something changed, the restaurant was kinda empty, the restaurant was dreary looking & the staff didn't seem to care & unkempt, the server was a nice lady but once the food came, she disappeared, now to the worst part, the food , I ordered the mushroom & Swiss burger med-rare, my son ordered the country fried steak dinner & a kids Mac n cheese for my granddaughter, when the food came out, my burger was well done and the mushrooms were not sautéed, my sons country fried steak came out in a ball shape on top of the mash potatoes & it was rare & he likes well done but I must say to give the cook credit, the Mac n cheese came out fine lol, after I realized my burger was well done I wanted to send it back but my server was nowhere to be found so I asked another server to get her, I have a problem with my food, well 10 minutes later she comes out from the back & I called her over to show her my burger, I even cut it in half hoping it was kinda rare in the middle but no luck, she took it back & said it should be right out , 15 minutes later my new burger came out more well done than the first & I think he put grease on it to give an outside appearance of a med-rare burger so I told the server & she did the right thing & comp'd my meal & she asked if I wanted to send it back but I was starving & ate some of it because everyone else was almost done, my son ate his steak anyway because he doesn't do confrontation & he didn't like it . The so called manager walked by us twice & didn't even look at us, she doesn't come out from the back & check on customers & even make sure her restaurant is in working order on her third or fourth trip past us I stopped her & asked her don't you even come out to see how things are with your customers especially since we had a problem & she got confrontational with me, I was going to blast her but my son in law stopped me, she has no idea what a manager is supposed to do or act except she might be getting your paperwork done(maybe) , I know it's hard to get help right now but I would get rid of her ASAP!!! Sorry Chili's, you'll never see me again!!!
Horrible customer service! Came for lunch with the boss man and we sat at the bar. No one in sight but a hostess that looked lost and said nothing. 5 mins later waitress/bartender came out the back finally but didn’t say anything. Not a “hey we will be right with ya” nothing, just walked right by. We chose to leave and go to Kicken Chicken were we were greeted right away. Seems things have went downhill here lately. Used to love to have lunch here. Seems there are new people and no care about customer service.
We just left and I got the mushroom and Swiss burger , my mushrooms were absolutely raw and when asked about it, the waitress claimed that the cook said they were supposed to be raw. I’ve literally never heard of that before. The waitress did not offer any solutions and just plopped it back on the table and left. When we ordered margaritas the waitress came back and asked if my husband made up a drink because the bar tender had no idea what the “blue margarita” was. We had to show her on the menu. Extremely unhappy with our experience and it wasn’t worth the money. My burger went straight to the trash. It was dry and the mushrooms were raw, which again, I’ve never seen that on a mushroom and Swiss burger ever
Went in to have something to eat, first waited at the door for about 10 minutes for someone to come seat us, we were the only ones waiting to be seated, was taken to a table that was dirty with a napkin on it, the employee used that napkin to wipe the table, the seats were also dirty, waited another 7 minutes before we were asked what we wanted to drink, and employee sounded annoyed, so looking at the menu and looking around it was not clean at all , we decided to leave. Bad experience
If I could do negative stars I would. I came at lunch ordered the 10.99 lunch with President margarita got the salad no silverware or napkins also didn't get refill on water.. waiter was rude... I felt as though he didn't like his job really needs to get better asked for a glass of wine and the check it's been awhile still haven't seen him... the food was great customer service not so much

Both orders of shrimp tacos were undercooked. 3 of the 4 orders looked like they had them under the heat window while the other ones cooked rather than just bringing what was ready. The rice and beans were awful like they’d been sitting out. The worst part was the service… I mean it would take 30 minutes for each drink order and for even water. Usually Chilis is great and maybe I haven’t been to this one for 6 months to a year, but they were awful. I mean it was embarrassing to the company.
The first time going there, food was good people very nice very good atmosphere pricing was good. Will definitely go out to dinner again with the wife. We enjoyed our very first time there.
Good food, bar/server was great! Chili tastes like sloppy Joe, meh.. loaded potato soup really good,.. burgers good, fajitas good, everything had a high level of flavor for sure, clean
I usually never leave reviews but felt obligated to let whomever needs go hear it that this location is going downhill fast. I ordered and paid for a full rack of ribs street corn and fries and got a half rack of a big fatty rib, cold soggy street corn that looked like it was pre packaged hours ago based on how cold it was and how soggy the corn tasted, and cold fries of course. Drove all the way from Goose Creek because I use to live close, and this use to be my spot. Food was on point back than, not so much last couple times I've been, place was barron, should of took that as a sign...
