This is the slowest BK on the face of the earth. Budget at least a half hour every time; that’s been the minimum I’ve spent at the drive through, no matter what day or what time of day.
My daughter and I went to grab lunch and almost 10 minutes went by before they even acknowledged we were standing there to order. There were no other patrons inside at the time. The entire staff were screaming and arguing over who was supposed to be doing what. They were yelling curse words and obscenities non stop. A girl finally came over to take our order and when I asked her to make it a meal instead of sandwich only she slammed the cup onto the counter and got angry and blew her breath at me. I then told her to please just delete my whole order that we would not be coming back. She then proceeded to roll her eyes at me and tell me “I don’t even care just leave” I’ve never been treated so disrespectful at a restaurant and I won’t be back!
The manager was very rude to my father when he was asking why the drive thru wasn't moving. Was in line for at least 10-15 minutes not moving at all. At least 8 cars were chilling and waiting that entire time. 2 of them ended up driving away and not getting food. One of the guys at the window slammed the window shut in my father's face. Service wasn't there at all. Those 2 staff were rude and did not care how they treat people at all. Don't work in the food and beverage industry of you can't at least put a face on for the guest! Manger needs new training or just needs to go.
If I could give zero stars I would. I waited in the drive through for over 30 minutes and the menu screens were all down. When I finally received my food the fries were cold and the burger was not of quality I literally had to put the lettuce on my burger since all of it was in the wrapping and not the actual burger. I mean I definitely understand being shorted staff so that’s why I was patient enough to wait but at least make sure the food is decent before handing it off.
You know every time I go to Burger King I get really upset because I used to work there when I was a kid. In our standards were so high the french fries I got were not fully cooked the lady was more than gracious to get them replaced. However I ordered two hamburgers and the hamburgers were not even big enough to reach the ends of the buns. I'm sure somewhere up at corporate is making a lot of extra money because they literally have cut out their beef.
This Burger King is highly ghetto! All down to the employees are just a mess. I wouldn't waste any money here seriously! Let's start off by how there menu screen doesn't work, rudely greeted at the speaker as if We didn't wait in line for about an hour before even getting to the window mind you at least 6 cars got out this line and the wait was still terrible!
Pulled up to drive thu with an intro" we don't have no fries, onion rings or tator tots go ahead with your order" My son said " this is a Horrible place" I quickly shh him and tried to scramble for something on the menu. We settled for a whopper jr and 8 nuggets 1.49 with large drink and 1 small drink . This came to $9.49( I couldn't believe it) customer service was ok but the food was disgusting, the burger was cold and made sloppy, mayo oozing out of the sandwich and the nuggets were rock hard. I did get sick that night don't eat there unless you check food before you pull off

Just recently had a whopper. The meat and bun were stone cold as if it had been made hours ago. . The onions and lettuce were in hunks and just piled in the center of the burger. This was the absolute worst burger I have ever had. I will not go back.
went there tonight ordered bacon king meal with onion rings and dr pepper (got a diet coke), chking spicy chicken sandwich meal with onion rings and dr pepper (got no onion rings and a diet coke), and 2 16pc nuggets with a lg fry (got 2 8pc nuggets burnt) and when I tried to tell them all they said was if its not on the recipe we can't give it to you. So your telling me I can't get my 2 dr peppers which were on the recipe or my onion rings. People there just don't understand when you pay for food give the food the right food. won't go there anymore
