The service and the wait time was horrible. Let’s start with first things first the guacamole came in a sauce cup and I was charged over two dollars for that size portion, Second they didn’t offer any water and we didn’t get any. The third issue the chicken didn’t look appetizing at all as you can see from the pictures it was dry and it tasted OK that’s it I won’t be back
I ordered 40 boneless wings almost ALL OF THEM were hard. Mostly crunchy. Dried. Like they were there since the morning. Some of them didn’t have any sauce. I’ve had better from Tysons out of the frozen section. I drove 45 minutes there and back because they didn’t deliver to Summerville and they’re advertised as the Summerville location. I would have called but the last time I had an issue with my order they weren’t too quick to help. I’ll be driving to the grocery store.
Enter at your own risk. Came in with a party of 8 understanding the wait may be a little bit. After ordering a pitcher of beer, I received it but did not receive my glass for beer until nearly 20 minutes later. Apps were ordered and out within a decent time frame. Party ordered a total of 180 wings. We waited nearly an hour and a half for our wings without update from anyone. Apps were good, wings were good, but wait times are insane. It was not busy at all when we were here.
Great food, and fun staff! Sometimes there’s a wait, but, it’s a busy spot, it happens!
We had a party of 22 and the staff here was amazing! Devon, Ashley, Shae and the managers Davey and Megan excellent service! They kept our drinks filled and was very accommodating when we moved from the outside patio to the inside. The food was great also. I highly recommend this establishment! Kudos to the management and staff!
My friends and I went here after dance, we were so stressed here our order was completely wrong. We had 2 waiters one was clueless. The other was Rihanna she helped us and sorted things out, love her hate this place ruined Rhonda’s birthday
Usually have great food . Got some wings to go . When I got home and tried them they were not fully done . Suggest checking before you leave with your order . Finished cooking them at home and they turned out ok for the most part . Like I said usually have a good experience from BWW .
Ordered 10 piece traditional wings. Got 10 drums. Where's my flats at? 1st time trying this buffalo wild wings. Will give them 1 more shot. But if I get all drums again, they're done.
Fries were brought out old and cold. Wings were undercooked and was told that there was an extra charge to cook them crispy.
We stopped for a pick up order for lunch. After reading the reviews it is mind blowing that these employees can’t get orders correct, especially when sent through a computer. My husband went in and asked if the lemon pepper was wet, they said it was and it isn’t (a location we went to in Charlotte had it). I ordered half garlic Parmesan and half spicy garlic. They gave us all lemon pepper and an order of boneless lemon pepper that we didn’t even order. I didn’t feel like waiting again so I just asked for side cups of the sauce. The fries were the only thing they got right. Won’t be back to this location again, they need to seriously get it together.
