The most abhorrent experience you will ever have, wait for 30 minutes in a drive thru for them to be out of everything. The staff are not trained and simply don’t care, they twiddle their thumbs all day and have no customer service training. I will never be back again and I advise whoever is reading this to heed my warning - you will hate your day more than before you go to this restaurant.
Our stop was alright. They were our of chicken sandwiches and most condiments, silverware, and tea came from behind the counter as the restaurant side was depleted. The lady who took our order was helpful and the other employees were working very hard cooking. We were the only customers who ate in... the drive through was swamped!! While the food was good, the customer side of the restaurant appeared to not have been cleaned in some time. The floors were slippery, there was food and garbage all over, and most tables were dirty. Hope we just caught this place on an off day.
Got the 12 piece family meal….and whoever fixed it threw the sides in the box… and also missing some sides…. Called and told management and she was VERY RUDE!!!! If you can’t do your job right maybe you shouldn’t work there…. I will NEVER go to Bojangles again… Bojangles is starting to slack like KFC!!!!! This is Bojangles in Summerville on Main Street
Good today. I'm a breakfast fan. Bad experience several weeks ago with a Bobox chicken order. Called and left 2 messages for the General Manager to call ?, and another in person message at drive-thru. No reply.
Hands down the worst service I’ve ever experienced in a DT they never let me know they were ready for my order so after a long pause I started ordering and the lady was so so rude!!! This is not the first bad experience I’ve had here I’ve gotten cold fries hard biscuits and completely wrong orders but they used to at-least be nice! I’ll never be back to this location but they don’t care I’m sure bc they will still get a couple customers a day to put up with there attitudes to pay the bills and pay there rude employees that works there! Used to love going to bojangles but they have went down hill real fast!! Thanks for helping me see this is the worst place in all of Summerville
Awful! I’m so sorry but I tried 3 times and they just can’t get it right! Maybe because so many of them walking around with their phone or outside smoking but the bojangler fish taste like a couple of fish sticks between the bread and it says a pickle never had a pickle out of the 3 times I’ve tried! I’ll stick with other guys….
Whoever was running the drive through on 1/16/22 was sooooo rude. Yelled at me when I tried ordering before she was ready - threw my bag at me when I got to the window. My biscuit was shredded to pieces because she threw the bag around so much ???
Fantastic food and staff is fun and friendly. This is the best Bojangles location in Charleston area! If you’ve never had Bojangles, this location is the one to go to. My wife and I had our favorite meals, the Cajun biscuit meal and bacon, egg and cheese biscuit meal. The food came out fresh and at just the right temperature. Both the serving staff and the manager made sure everything was just right. Thank you again!
Went to the drive thru and tried to order a chicken sandwich and was told the food was not cooked. And i was like um ok. I asked what that means and they said they are doing the best they can. So i left since "their food isnt cooked". I still dont know what they are talking about but there is a chik fila across the street the that has cooked food.
Very very salty. First and last visit. Not impressed at all. Service was soso, she was not happy that she had to explain egg is on the biscuit when asked for it. As I said our first visit. And not even coffee , sorry were out of cups!!
