Awful experience.Lack luster customer service.Awful coffee, especially for a coffee shop! The coffee was so bad that I dumped it in the parking lot by the time I was half done drinking it.Food Lion quality food.This establishment uses an archaic credit card machine, its funky and annoying. The machine also asks for a tip straight away, makes me not want to tip. Pay your people more and ditch the pre gratuity feature. Giving gratuity should happen after services have been rendered.I'll never visit a Biggby Coffee again.
My go-to coffee spot! Their frozen coffee’s are hands down the best I have ever had! I personally love the butter bear or caramel mellow. They also have some snacky foods like yogurt parfaits, muffins, bagels, and more!

I am a coffee connoisseur/transplant from New Orleans. This is the best coffee I have had yet. It's smooth, velvety, never bitter! The description of the flavor sets the right expectation. Everyone should have a Biggby cup in their hand. If you don't you should get one fast.Ah-Mazing!!
Pretty good coffee and nice people. Additionally, very clean except the bathroom, which looked like the third day of a carnival.
