Food is always some of the best here! Came in tonight for a late dinner and had to listen to the vacuum cleaner while my husband and I ate. We could barely hear each other talk. I understand they close at 9, but it might be best to wait until customers are gone before running the vacuum.
We eat here at least twice a month. We love it! The food is always delicious and consistent every time we come!
found hair in multiple pieces of pizza. please wear hair nets if you have long hair and deal with food. will not be returning.
First time eating here and won't be backI asked for sweet tea and it was old.. it had the old tea brew taste def sitting on the counter all daySo I asked for a new glass and she told me that was just brewed this morning.... Its 4pm u open at like 11 ...I dont drink soda so I paid $3 for waterOur total was like 35$ and we had to small sandwiches and a pizza and by small ...this thing is a slider not a sandwich sorry not a great first impression

My son spilled his drink on the floor. I felt really bad and apologized. Even offered to help. But employees seem so angry. Except the guy who was cleaning the tables. I know we did something wrong. But it was accident. You shouldn't make me or my son feel bad. I was very upset to eat inside. We just cleaned our table and left.

I absolutely love their pizza and bone-in wings. I wasn't crazy about the sandwiches they have, but they were okay. I accidentally ordered the boneless wings one time and I do not recommend them because they're just sauced chicken nuggets. No bias against Bellacino's though, because we generally feel like that towards any "boneless" chicken wing... it's a sauced chicken nugget. But, the Pizza & bone-in wings are amazingly good. The parking here is horrible but they're in a good spot for business. You can go to the grocery store & pick up your pizza when you're done. I definitely recommend them.
Good food but poor customer service. There are two signs at the front, one for order here, the other for call a head orders. I called a head, after waiting in the line for 10 minutes, and being passed by employees multiple times with no acknowledgement. I asked for help and was told that the call a head line was not open. Then had to go to the back of the order here line to pick up two sandwiches that were already made and paid for sitting 15 feet from where I asked for help. They were cold by the time I got them.
