Very very rude employees and management. Placed an order through the app because their register was down. They said they never received it and there was nothing they could do even though the app tells me to call their store with any problems. Got absolutely no help. Very unhelpful and terrible service. Will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN! Now have to dispute charge through bank and I have contacted corporate.
Don't bother with this restaurant. They are overwhelmingly incompetent. Of course there was a few people in front of me and several behind me.I ordered two combos and waited. 25 minutes later (as per their timer on the order screen) there was 1 order in front of us...they had been there for 30 minutes and one order behind us that was there for 15 minutes. Instead of making the ordered that had been there longest they started making the order for the person that had been there for 15 minutes. When I asked why they said that they had to get that order out first. I guess everyone else isn't important enough to get their food in the order or even close to the order it was ordered. I ended up finally getting my money back and left and was followed out by several people that were in line to order. Stay away from this place. There are several alternative restaurants nearby that are better. I just happened to pass this one first. Won't happen again. Oh..and the order they decided to work instead of everyone else's order consisted of 20 sandwiches.
I like the new sandwiches and curly fries. First time ordering from Arby's in awhile. I'll make sure they don't toast my bread next time and hopefully the curlys will be a little warmer.
The food is great, the service is quick, but Sade at the drive thru shouldn’t be working with people. Super rude and I had a hiccup with my card at the window, didn’t want to hold up the line so i left and came back to get the same exact order. Since she was already rude i went inside this time where another girl was working the front who was nice and took my order after i explained the situation. As i was getting my food Sade walked up to the girl and started telling her how dumb she was right at the front if the counter. she needs to work on her people skills and professionalism. But thank you Arby’s for the delicious food!
Great fresh food everytime I've went within the last month. Drive thru was a little slower than usual but for the most part it was good.
We ordered 2 half bound beef n cheddar both with large fries, they gave is to cold beef n cheddar, medium fries they were cold, and 2 flat sodas
This Arby's location on North Main Street in Summerville is one of my favorite Arby's in the area and a consistent stop for quick and quality food. I really like the fries and mozzarella sticks here the most. The staff here is very friendly and gets everything together quickly. Consistent experience coming here.
This place would have gotten 5 stars had it not been for "Tina" at the drive-through. Someone that rude should not be working with the public. OMG. Sade, however, was the girl who took my money and provided me the order through the window - and how she spoke to me was a huge contrast. Very nice. But if Tina is the person Arby's wishes to be remembered by, I will take my business elsewhere. If you have a bad attitude, stay home! I may have remembered her name wrong, but I believe it was Tina. I was there at around 1:00 p.m., today, January 12, 2022. Customer service is HUGE for me - and I think most will agree.

these wings were literally perfect… they are DRENCHED in sauce and still have a crisp crunch… the service was amazing and i loved all of my sides as well…
