Last time we we're there they had worm drinks without any gas from drinking machine. One week later we came there they told us that they have only water or sweet tea. I couldn't drink sweet tea it didn't taste that good. So I had to drink only water. Because they had nothing else to drink. If you don't have drinks then why you charge people for drinks? And ofer them water free water. That is stealing. If you don't have soft drinks then don't charge people for it.
1st of all when I arrived there the sign lights were off and impossible to see the restaurant. I couldn't tell if they were even open none of the outside lights were on. My toast tasted like it had vegetable oil and salt on it not butter I asked them to cook my chicken wings crispy and they were soft and wet. When asked what I wanted to drink instead of me choosing a drink they told me I had the choice of water or tea NOTHING else was available OH AND WITH NO ICE . My fries were STAIL ‼️ Just absolutely HORRIBLE. THAT NIGHT SHIFT NEEDS REVAMPING. I SPENT $60 DAMM DOLLARS....I WONT BE BACK.
Can we work on order accuracy at drive thru, nothing worse having to eat something you didn't want and paid for something that cost more.
Best zaxbys I have been to they give the food fresh and the sauce is actually spicy and they put a good bit of sauce on it my favorite zaxbys is this one
Had the grill cheese kids meal and it was good. A lil greasy but good. Will eat here again, when I'm back in town.
My son currently works here. It's his first job. ☺️ However, I thought I was going to have to push up because one of the managers told him to shut up and do his job but my son objected. Word of advice: treat your employees with respect! Because that's definitely a violation in the Parent Handbook.
The wings and fries were not fresh and the wings had very little sauce on them. The sauce didn't even have a taste because there was hardly any on the wings. The chicken fingers were freshly cooked so that's all that was eaten.
Curbside pickup. Everything was good, the slaw was a little bland.
All of the workers at this location l have horrible attitudes, except a couple. It’s not the customer’s fault that your store is short staffed. They mess up your order then get mad when you bring it back to get what YOU paid for. They put whatever in your bag and if you check it, then you’re in their way. This store needs a customer service lesson: we love zaxby’s, GET ANOTHER JOB if you hate being on zaxby’s Schedule. Go to hillcrest zaxby’s, they have decent human beings working there.
Great food even though the line be long but it's well worth it.
