My dad was served this plate. This is unacceptable!!! Then we had to waste gas to bring it back! Your employees should know better.
When I don’t see Clay the Manager in the kitchen (idk if he’s even still there), I know business will be a little slower than usual, and the staff slack off. People just standing in the front staring and talking about customers. All I know is, when I worked there as a teen, it was no standing in one place. ESP. When busy. Idk what happened to the new generation.
Very good! I love their fries! Drive thru went fast. The people were nice.
We got take out and everything was correct when picked up. Food was good as usual.
The food is great! Worth the wait because food is always fresh and hot! They do need to bring chicken salad back
What a joke, don’t order online unless you want to wait in line at drive thru with 15 cars in line. As of right now I’ve been in line 15 minutes and still not to the order screen. Let alone picking up my meal.When I got home no extra Zax sauce that I paid extra for. I look at the print out and it’s the first thing on there. 2 @.25 total $.50. I guess they don’t read the order printed. Go figure.
I mean not much to say, it's a decent place to get some chicken. They are usually pretty consistent, much more so than other locations throughout the county. 4 stars because a few of my recent visits for take away have not had the condiments I asked for. I mean when I order a "wings and things meal" I feel like I shouldn't have to ask for my ranch to be put in the bag. So 4 stars for having to go behind employees because it's so hard to remember condiments.
Honestly, Zaxby’s is good but over priced. This place always screws up my order (usually my sauce choices), but I keep going back because I like the food.
This Zaxby’s is a joke. Too many issues to list but if you actually get food (they will close up early with people in line. Tonight at 21:00 when their hours are until 21:30… this is not an occasional thing) be sure to try a fry if you order comes with them as often they taste like cardboard and you must request them replaced.
Went to Zaxbys on E. Main street in Spartanburg. I ordered a grilled Cobb salad. Got to work no dressing or fork. Not happy at all
