My white sauce smelled and tasted sour like it had been sitting out instead of in the refrigerator for who knows how long. If I chose to ignore that the hibachi plates were not worth it. The chicken tasted like it was boiled. Will not be buying anything here in the future and 10/10 would NOT recommend. Side note this was my first time ordering from here.
For as long as this place has been open, they should have both the men and women's restrooms in proper shape by now. The men's restroom is still out of order. The women's restroom is available for everyone, but there is no hand soap and nothing to dry your hands with. If you want soap to wash your hands, you need to ask whoever is behind the counter. They have a bottle of soap that they will squirt onto your hands so you can go back in the bathroom-if it's not occupied-to wash your hands. If this is how they handle bathroom needs, it's disturbing to imagine the chefs aren't washing their hands before they prepare your food. I told the woman behind the counter that there is no soap. She just giggled and said, "Yeah, I know. Okay." ?? I held my hands out for her to squirt some soap for me. I should've just canceled the order and left in that moment. I know, I was being too nice. Dont worry, I am kicking myself so the readers of this post don't have to. Does she not understand that the current state of the restrooms is unacceptable? How can she smile and laugh? What is the excuse? Is this how they keep the bathrooms in their own homes? If the answer is no, why do they expect customers to be okay with this?The window sill in the dining area is littered with bugs- dead and alive.I will not be back. They don't deserve anyone's hard earned money. It's a shame customers will keep coming back and helping them they open.
Absolutely delicious! Teriyaki wings are on point! And you cant go wrong with the hibachi. This is one of my top 5 in Spartanburg for sure
Very disappointed. $42 down the drain. The bread fell apart, the chicken Philly had no taste and poor meat quality. The hamburgers were disgusting. Just not a good eatery at all
Wings are a perfect size for me fried just right! The house rice was better than expected.
The food was terrific. If was hot and the flat wings had flavor to it. One of mango great restaurants in Spartanburg.
Tried this place for the first time today and what a let down. I got the hibachi rice and everything was just off. The rice was absolutely bland, had no mix ins and had a slight chemically taste to it. I couldn’t even eat it after a few bites. The chicken and veggie portion was the worst hibachi style plate I’ve ever had. A true let down. I’d say I give it another shot but if you can’t get rice right, then there’s no hope for anything else. Just awful. ?
The best wings and fries in Spartanburg...I've literally ate from this place almost everyday since December. I can't get enough of it....and the customer service is amazing!!!
Wings are great but the French fries need help but staff is friendly love the wings
Make sure you place your order slowing and clearly. Once your order comes make sure you check it. Food was hot just not what was ordered. Staff was willing to re-cook but was already home when I noticed the error.
