Everyone here now has the work ethic of a sloth. Expect to wait 30 minutes to an hour even if you’re the only one in the store. The floor itself is a wreck. Everyone just messes around and jokes around. They take no pride in their job and just want a check, despite their laziness. The money don’t make itself, clowns. Will take my money elsewhere until their corporate does something. I will be calling somebody.
They are not consistent with the food!! It has gone down hill
Hate to even give it one star. Placed a to-go order online and was told 28 minutes. An hour later I still did not have the food after standing in the restaurant over 30 minutes. They didn’t speak to me when I came in and the girl at the front rolled her eyes at me as I walked in the door. Several customers had to come back in with their food as the orders were prepared incorrectly. The staff played around the entire time.
Just throw the entire staff away. They play around way too much and really don’t care to give good customer service. Even if you place a online order two hours in advance, they still won’t have your order ready on time.
waited 2hrs for my online carryout order just for all my food to be cold and taste like grease!! This was my first and Last order at this location!! !!NEVER AGAIN!!
The wings here speak for themselves-always delicious and even better with the ranch that is made IN HOUSE daily. Thank you to Erica for taking the time to give me a few tips on how to make these wings even better by getting them fried just a little longer for that extra crisp.
Soooooo, today was my first time eating at Wingstop, I went with my best friend Nick.. The Garlic Parmesan wings, OMG & the fries were amazing.. Best part is everyone was so nice, service was quick & served with a smile.. Erica was up front & she is a sweetheart & made me feel welcome from the beginning.. I WILL be back!! Thanks Wingstop!!
This was my first time eating WingStop and I was EXTREMELY disappointed. I ordered an eight piece boneless wing meal. I received chicken tenders instead and my fries were badly overcooked and slimy for some reason. Why would you serve someone food like that?? Make it make sense. Overall it sucks because I've heard nothing but good things about the franchise only to end up with a bad taste in my mouth.
I’m a DoorDasher and was supposed to have the order in hand by 9:14pm. The only things in the the order were cheese fries and ranch. I asked several times when the order would be done and no one knew. In the kitchen, everyone was just goofing off and talking amongst themselves. At 9:35, I asked for a final time when it would be done and it was only because I asked a manager that they finally started making the fries. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Thankfully, the customer was understanding. However, I will NEVER accept another order from this place. They are completely unprofessional.
Waited over an hour on hold for them to hang up on me. Walked in to place a to-go order after I called back…while still on hold…Placed the order, an hour longer to wait, currently sitting in the store still on hold.
