0 stars. Which is sad, because I am a long time patron and grew up hanging out there with friends. This establishment is on the brink of shutting down, and it shows. We arrived last night at 7:40, Myself, my husband , and our 8 year old. We were sat at a sticky table in a restaurant with one large family (of 15), and two single men sitting at the bar. We ordered, tater tots as an Appetizer, 25 wings, and my daughter got a kids meal. By 8:15 we had not received our food, our waitress came out and said "10 more minutes". She disappeared until 8:45, and told us it would be up soon. At 9:00, a manager showed up and checked in and we told him we haven't even received our appetizer... so he got us that promptly and told us he would discount the meal for our wait. By 9:25, we were done waiting. It was past our daughter's bedtime and we were all really hungry. We flagged down a waitress (not ours) and asked for a check for the appetizer and drinks. She said she would get our waitress. Our waitress popped out 5 minutes later with our food. 9:30pm. Our wings were not right, the sauce was crusted on and burnt, bitter, and no actual sauce. The wings were small and dry. The celery was too dark of a green, and chewy with a chemical taste. My daughter's chicken was good, but her fries too hard to chew and her ice cream was warm chocolate sludge. She wouldn't eat it. The restaurant had at least 9 employees I counted working and the place was empty. We will never go back. It was disgusting, and we didn't get home until after 10:00pm.
We walked in to eat and we were told to sit at corner table and sat there for 15 minutes, no one came over to take our order or even ask us if we wanted something to drink...all the waiters were on their phones. We were ignored!!! NOT recommended!
I’ve given this place 3 times to prove me wrong and tonight I’ve had it. Never again. There are gnats at the bar. Bar tenders must be over worked and under staffed because a particular one walked by for 15 minutes and didn’t stop to ask what my part of 4 wanted. It wasn’t til she over heard me say “she doesn’t want to be here” to my friend when he asked me “why does she have a attitude!?”Each time I’ve come I’ve waited almost an hour for food, wings came out half cooked cold and pink inside. I ordered a French fry plater with multiple types of potatoes, they came out here and Cold as if the cook made them before the wings. Had to send them back. To top it all off the manager offers 10$ coupon for next time!! On a 65$ bill of garbage. I’m calling corporate, I better not get sick, and I’m giving these stupid coupons to someone in need because I’ll never step foot or recommend this place again.
Management must not care. No service inside or online. Not sure how they are still open. We waited at least 30 minutes before anyone came. To much socializing in the back.
I am well aware of the understaffing situation, but this restaurant takes it to a new level. They are over seating each waiter/waitress, all while “someone from corporate” watches. We got a 15 piece chicken wing, among other dishes, and when the chicken came to our table they looked like mutated chicken heads. Most of our food came out much later. One of the plates was cold, as was the food on it. When we were asked how our food was, we explained that it was “okay”. We were met with an excuse of “This is a new product”, “I am over 19 stores from area A to area B”, as well as other statements. We paid $60.00 plus a tip, for food that we were quite displeased with. I asked to speak with the manager, who stated that he was from corporate. He was very understanding as to why we were so unhappy with our food, and provided us with a refund. After we left, my partner stated that they were feeling ill after they ate their food.Overall, this was a VERY poor experience. I would have been better off going to get food at a gas station.
A complete disregard to DoorDash order. I placed an order totaling nearly $60 for my family. I received a phone call from the dasher stating Wild Wing Staff expressed they did not receive the order and there would be an additional 45 minute wait before my order would be ready. No problem, we understand how mistakes happen. Nearly 45 minutes later I received a call from our dasher apologizing again. The restaurant staff could not provide our dressing for wings and salads due to having no lids. He greatly apologized, and could not believe the poor service of this restaurant that he experienced. Upon receiving our order 1 hr and 20 minutes later due to the restaurants delay I found missing salads and 25 wings with no sauce. I contacted the restaurant and spoke to Jake or Jay. Nice enough, but expressed that he had only begun his shift at 6 and wanted to know when my order was placed. He eventually offered to remake my order. Clearly we ordered delivery and was not in a position to drive back to the restaurant at almost 8pm to have an order remade.This was our first time trying Wild Wings again after about three years. It seems that not much has changed. A total waste of $60.
If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t ever order this through through doordash. No fault to doordash, the items were delivered on time and still warm, but this is ridiculous. This happened last year and I had to ask for a refund as well. I ordered wings and I got bones with a tiny bit of meat on them. I don’t know who is in charge of quality control for what goes out for delivery but they need to be let go. I know this can’t be what hey serve in the restaurant. Will not be ordering from the Wild Wings Cafe in downtown Spartanburg ever again. We will direct all our further business elsewhere.
The wings were ok. They are low on employees and the service and food shows sadly. The appetizer we wanted they was out of it so they told us and made us something different which im unsure of what exactly it actually was but it was almost burnt. The macaroni was dry and barely warm. I dont recommend especially if the place is even remotely busy. If theres maybe 1 or 2 customers you may be ok depending on the time you go.

Wild wing cafe is always quality wings with lots of choices of sauces and dry rubs. Love the selection they offer. Jay served us today and was super helpful and efficient in serving us. Our meal was timely, hot, and delicious. He was patient as we decided and served us quickly getting everything we needed and anticipating future needs.
