I ordered 2 strawberry chicken salads and 2 singles w/cheese for my parents the other night. I asked for extra dressing when I ordered. Cashier who took my order wasn't very friendly, took my money and kept it moving. Never received a receipt. Got to the window to get my food. Everything was correct except they didn't give me the extra dressing. I asked and was told that's all the dressing they have. That they don't have anymore. The young man then shut the window in my face. Not sure if I paid for it or not. No receipt.
Burger wasn't hot cheese wasn't melted good! Fries were LukeWarm! Like my food hotWhether eating in or to go!!!!
Although the food looked oki refused to eat it as I noticed few to no workers wearing gloves, ni also heard fighting and swearing in the store. My food also wasn't what I ordered.
The manager was so sweet, she was dealing with a young staff, was 86ed on most foods & staff didn't tell till after it was ordered & paid for. Bless her heart she was trying so hard & doin such a good job at still being pleasant & professional with the customers. Will visit this Wendy's again just because of this manager or shift supervisor it was evening on a sat or sun
Very rude counter person. Made me feel like I was wasting his time!!! All they do there is huddle and talk!! Poor mangement, if there is any!
Thanks for being so quick! Love the staff here, everyone is so nice and doesn't look like they want to step infront of moving traffic like most fast food places. Keep up the good work yall!!
Stick with the bags... Maybe they won't get it wrong...might not be rude, but Definately not friendly...too lazy to refill. Coke syurp only plus Micky dees not ant better...and they want $15. For. $1 worth of work
It's a Wendy's, so I'm glad to be able to give it 3 stars. Most Wendy's continually disappoint, but this location only got my order slightly wrong, and I can live with that.Food not bad, line moved quickly enough. They did enough to earn a return visit, so I'll certainly patronize the store again when I get an opportunity. Heck, maybe they'll even be able to earn another star. That's my hope.
The lady in the drive thru window was very rude. Told me I did not order a meal she had already given me my fries and drink for.
Went just now to try and have breakfast. Walked in dinning room. Was told it was not opened when the sign clearly says 9am. No sign on door saying it was closed like the other day when i was there for lunch!!. Will not be back DAVE is rolling over!!
