My husband, daughter, and I stopped here for lunch on our way to Florida from Tennessee. We weren't expecting much from the outside, but once we got in we were pleasantly surprised. The dining area was incredibly clean and the food was fresh and delicious. But that wasn't the best part. The best part were the two men at the counter. I believe their names were Antwon and Kevin? They were so friendly and hospitable and so sweet to our daughter (1 yr old). My husband kept saying how glad he was that we ended up there bc they left such an impression on him. Thank y'all for the excellent service and "safe travels" wishes. We will definitely be back when we are in this area.
Ordered delivery on the Wendy's app. On delivery, an hour later than promised, I discovered part of my order was missing and the rest of it was cold. Called Wendy's and they refused to refund it. Offered to redeliver (thru doordash customer service) after an hour of trying to reach someone, and then they never showed up, after 90 more minutes. Placed order at 930 pm and now at 140 am, still nothing! 100% total waste of time and effort... the food isn't even that good. Had to file complaint through my bank and get the charges reversed. Wendy's, DoorDash, and the driver lost out on that one, not that they care. Definitely will not make that mistake again.
This Wendy’s a couple of years back was decent but ever since COVID they just hire the same trashy people I remember in the Florida Wendy’s. Even if it’s fast food, the people use to be polite and respectful. I ordered once and realized the person wasn’t understanding the “no pickles or onions one one burger but leave it on the other burger” so I just gave up and said “let me just get two of the same burgers” her response was “done the same way? Why you ain’t said that in the first place!” If you can find another place to go, do it. They had good people working there but now it’s garbage. Stick to chic fil a.
Worst service. Food wasn’t correct after having to repeat it more than once. We were told they couldn’t give us large drinks for one meal but could for another? Drinks were wrong when we let them know, the girls at the window were VERY rude then gave us a new drink… that was the same exact drink that we received the first time… After they asked and couldn’t comprehend the first two times… I don’t think the girls at the window were sober.
Extremely long wait. Fries were cold. Patties on burgers were cold. Our order was shorted. She didn't give a receipt with our change. And refused to make the order right because she said she personally bagged our order. Will never go to this location ever again. She also made it a point to say she was the manager. Rude and very unprofessional. This occurred at approximately 10:04pm last night. Our order was $47
If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. This is the worst location in Spartanburg. How do you run out of food that a customer has already ordered and think you're going to keep their money without giving them their complete order. You'd rather cancel an entire order than to substitute something of equal or lesser value. I see why all the hiring signs are out. Your establishment is run by complete IDIOTS!
Cold food on a 25$order. Nothing I ordered was in my bag they don't have this don't have that. Speaking on the 2nd 3rd shift hours if I could hive them 0 stars I would. Do not recommend?
I used their app to place an order. Waited in the slowest line ever, and my order could not be found. So then I had to wait too long again, for them to prepare my order. And the fries were not edible, like the oil was way too old.
Very slow and not clean. Walked in restroom and gloves in floor and stalls. The exact same ones the cashier's had on. No sense of urgency by anyone. Waited 8 mins for a baconator and fries. (Yes I counted).. don't get cookies from here. Saw them get someone cookies without using gloves or utensils....I'm writing this while I wait by the way...of course I waited this long and fries aren't even fresh ?..just giving an up date it has now been 13 minutes...15 mins and counting ....17....so I waited 20 mins and of course they messed my order up..amazing ...getting refund ...was told they can't give refund on mobile order
This is the best Wendy's in Spartanburg. I come here almost everyday on my lunch break. The food has been mighty fresh lately and great service!
