Had the most cheerfully waitress. She was so upbeat and very attentive.
Unsatisfied custom when I came in I had to wait 45 minutes before I could order. I don't recommend nobody to go there cuz they don't put customers 1st they put they self first.. pretty much they don't care. So when I got back there I had to wait another 20 minutes then it wasn't even enough on the plate
Your waffle house really sucks. The service is really terrible. The waitress was very rude. She really needs to learn how to check on her customers. I gave her a big tip. Told her that McDonald's is looking for a new clown ?
Absolutely no consideration for people who work during the day. From 8pm-7am its takeout only. Remember when Waffle house used to be a place you could get a good meal late at night? Not anymore.I also want to mention that at the time there was not only five people working in the store, but there was a customer sitting down at 8:30 when we came in to try to dine in. Being on the road and away from home, they just expect you to eat in your car now.

The whole nightshift need to be terminated they take the phone off the hook so u can't place an order then when u go in and order their rude I seen a young lady throw away a guy whole order behind a minor argument that she started told him he the one gone be hungry
Showed up at 8pm, there were maybe 3 other tables already eating and one guy ordering. As I approached the bar to place a to-go order, the 60 year old waitress began complaining that there were too many orders being put in and that she couldn't give me service or take my order. When I asked why not she huffed and said "because we're cleaning the grills. There are two grills. Decided to go to the location on Warren H Abernathy, excellent service there.
Had breakfast for dinner and a young lady named Brandi helped me she was very knowledgeable and is awesome on the grill
