This was the worst Waffle House I have ever been to. It took them 10 minutes to wait on me while the waitress changing shifts complained about other people that worked there. The cup that my orange juice came in was dirty and had finger prints on the outside. The waitress that was coming on duty was very nice and I felt for here. When I did receive my sandwich and hash-browns, the cheese was not even melted on my hash-browns. The cook that had just come on duty just put the cheese on top of it. I couldn't believe it. Worst cheese steak that I ever had. So disappointed and I was looking forward to it after not having Waffle House for so long! The place was filthy. I knew I should have just walked back out once I looked around. Disgusting!!!
They never pick up the phone for call in orders. Take your business elsewhere
The service was extremely bad at this location. The cook had a terrible attitude toward staff and threw objects. He didn't cook our steaks properly - I had to place my food in the oven and microwave when I made it home. The hashbrowns were overcooked on one side and half cooked on the the other. The waffle iron needed to be thoroughly cleaned. I wouldn't return to this location or recommend it unless there was a complete overhaul in staff and cleaning.
It was great but I didn't get my chili to go. They were very busy but fast. Merry Xmas I'll be back.
