Service was nice. Got a burger, with a coke. Felt like McDonald burger... From 15 years ago (when I used to work there), except more expensive with hash browns instead of fries.Also feels like each waffle house is different, as I had a great burger from a waffle house in Greer.This place was disappointing. Will go to McDonald's across the street if I want smt fast and near my place.1 great thing is that it is open 24/7, but beside that... Meh

The cook was fast and got our food out fast I've never gotten my food anywhere that fast. The waitress was polite and very professional. I will be going back.
Customer service is not great. Went in on 12/14/21 a little bit after 9 pm. One worker told me I could order to go but the lobby is closed for sitting down—understandable. I went into the place, 2 ladies told me that they are closed ..she is cleaning up and the 3rd shift people are late coming in so she is not cooking since it is already cleaned up. What kind of customer service is this —you going to shut the place down due to the tithe staff is not showing up and your website is saying you are open 24 hours. Bad service all around.

Definitely need to work on their customer service, not willing offer take out only dine in, with employees with no mask during this crisis, your about out of your mind. All this going on almost everyone in the good industry are wearing mask right now, if you can't do take out then take it off of your website and stop false advertising. Will definitely be calling corporate and making a complaint as soon as I get up in the morning. Been to a lot of different waffle houses and have not ever heard of that. Then your staff look at me like she has an attitude or problem like they want confrontation, not everyone has the time to sit down and eat.
The reason I gave this place 3 stars their grits wasn’t done all the way and it seems like they gave me 1 scrambled egg very stingy
Ask to have my onions and pepper chopped up a little more and the cook smart a$$ mouth said they are chopped enough. They were also raw he just threw them in the hashbrowns.
The lady named Mary at this location needs to be fired. She is very rude she continued to make comments about what I was ordering, she didn’t even ask if I needed anything else so I asked for some butter and then she forgot my drink so I reminded her and she then gets my drink and sets it on the table and throws the straw down. This is not the first encounter I have had with this lady every time I come up here she is rude and disrespectful. If she don’t like where she works she needs to get another job. Corporate will be contacted Monday morning about this lady. If she is your server I would definitely ask for a different one.
