I was looking for somewhere to order a vegetable plate during our road trip through South Carolina, and I chose Wade’s based on reviews. Wade’s did not disappoint! I ordered green beans, butter beans, Mac n cheese, and sweet potato soufflé. Everything was absolutely delicious, almost as good as my southern grandma’s cooking. Whenever she asked what I wanted for my birthday meal, I always asked her to make just veggies.
Fantastic food, always a good place to go if you want to leave stuffed! The peanut butter pie is delicious too, I never leave without a slice.
We arrived early and there was no line at all. Our server took our order and brought our food quickly. It was hot and delicious. The sweet potato casserole was fantastic and so are the yeast rolls. Excellent food! Excellent service!
I highly recommend Wades. The fried chicken, rice with gravy and speckled butter beans was delicious. Also had blackberry cobbler with ice cream for dessert. Definitely will be going back.
Me and my husband love this place. We ALWAYS get the Turkey&Dressing and it is always really good. The amount of food is always more than I can eat and delicious. Wade's has never disappointed us and we have been going there for years. This place is our #1 favorite restaurant. If you haven't been your definitely missing out. And you will not be disappointed
Excellent food! First of all, their takeout/online order pickup process was very impressive. Very organized and efficient. I got the fried chicken, Mac & cheese, squash casserole, fried okra and a yeast roll and it was really good. You can tell they really care about quality. Highly recommend.
We arrived at 11:30 and we were seated at one of the two open tables. The buffet area is still devoted to takeouts. Service was great ~ my how the staff hustled. Comfort food made up the menu as always. We topped off our good meal with a slice of Derby Pie which was almost as good as my Kentucky Aunt makes.
Their food is awful.. No seasoning, just awful..Worst I have ever eaten, not even sure how ya'll made it to 75 years.. The service was slow, I think ya'll are a little more proud of your brand than you should be..
Came in for Sunday dinner, hours 11-3. Ordered Turkey and dressing with cabbage and Mac and cheese. Also ordered a hamburger steak with rice and gravy and Lima beans and corn muffin. Came at 11:30am and items were already sold out. Food was good. I’d return. One less star for items being sold out when they know of the anticipated crowd
Excellent value. No entree over $9.25. Large pieces of warm pie $2.95. Unbelievably speedy service. I think our meals were brought to us 6 minutes after we ordered.
