I don't come often but every time I'm here it's a positive experience. They have an $8 lunch special that includes a 2 topping slice and a drink. However, be advised that a "slice" is about 1/3 of the size of a highway yield sign.

This is stellar place to grab lunch... Rarely can you find authentic NY style pizza in the south. We are blessed that we have Venus, they are awesome people. Family friendly atmosphere for dinner and on the weekends. Usually some great background tunes as well.... Personally I love the atmosphere, as I am not much for over the top corporate looking establishments. You know your about to get some good *&^% when you come in and the pizza oven smell hits your tingle spots. We need to get Dave Portnoy to get us a 9.2 to blow them up. But 10 outa 10 in my book.
First time visiting this place I had high Hope's for the pizza with all the great reviews. When I got my pizza it was dripping in grease. When I picked up a slice the cheese fell right off. I was left with a cheeseless slice. I will say the cheese and pepperoni did taste good but I had to scoop it up and put it back on the slice. I dont know if it was an off day for them. I'm willing to give it another shot someday.
Don't let the building or location detere you....very good service and food await you when you step inside.My wife is from Queens New York and she was impressed with the "New York" style of pizza Venus offered.We've been looking for a good "New York" style pizza place and after our visit there we have ended our search.Highly recommended.
As always, amazing! Was a huge fan when they opened years ago and and have started going back with my son. He loves this place as much as I do. The vibe from this place is amazing. The people, food and atmosphere are terrific.
Very good, not great NY style thin crust pizza. In "my" opinion, the crust is perfect, their meat lovers makes it a bit too thick. I'd advise sticking with pepperoni or cheese pizza and you will have a great time. 2 slices from their 16" pizza will more then fill a big guys stomach. They also serve a giant single slice for a great price
We are new to the area. We had high expectations for this spot and we were well rewarded! We had great service from Holly and she took care of us before we even realized what we needed! The beverage selection was great, and the pizza was perfect! We got the meat lover’s pizza (The Hunter) and it was delicious! The crust was crispy and thin, which allowed the toppings to shine! We got the cheesecake to go to have with coffee on the deck in the morning. Great place! Great service and location! Parking in the rear with a door in the rear to enter the restaurant, unless you want to go in the front door. We will be back!
Delicious pizza and salads! Great waitstaff and good vibes all around! Get a slice! Also they are open MONDAY-SATURDAY! Hours are wrong on TripAdvisor!!!
