I’ve been a fan of TRH food since I worked there 15+ years ago. However, all of my most recent experiences have been poor. Yesterday, rare steak when ordered medium which I had to microwave and completely defeat the purpose of paying for a filet (last 2 times have been almost well-done). Last pick up I was told I couldn’t PAY for extra rolls (this is the only thing my daughter eats when we go there) and yesterday I received NONE. When I went in to tell them, I was told I’d need to wait 40 mins for rolls even tho I placed my order an hour ahead of time. The manager I worked for long ago would have never had these issue but I guess they don’t care like they used to.

Had a wonderful dinner tonight. Our waiter, Marcos, may have spelled that incorrectly, was fantastic. He was friendly, attentive, and has us rolling! They were out of the porterhouse and he took the time to give us recommendations based on what we liked. Our drinks were always full. Steaks were cooked perfectly. Manager checked on us frequently. Wish I could give ten stars.
As a traveler it's hard to find good places to eat. We took a chance on this location as we passed through and I have to say I'm glad we did. They seem to be popular with the locals as we had about an hour wait but it was well worth it. The steaks were cooked perfectly and they had great customer service. We had Rick as our waiter and he was not only personable but made sure our kids were taken care of also (they use an obsessive amount of blue cheese lol). Over all, great place to stop.
The website would not take my order, I tried for multiple locations and kept getting an error that every ingredient was unavailable. So I call to put the order in instead. They were out of ribs which was 2/4 of our orders. A bummer, but not a deal breaker. It got a little frustrating when the woman taking my order made me repeat everything 2-3x because she was distracted. Then my husband picks up the food, they left out my son's food (which they are refunding me for, thank goodness), they won't let you pay for more rolls which is ridiculous seeing as how they only gave us 3 rolls and 5 cinnamon butters. The rolls weren't even cooked thoroughly so I suppose it was a blessing in disguise. My husband ordered his steak medium rare and it was rare cool, cold and bright red throughout. My salmon was dry and overcooked. It was a frustrating experience altogether and instead of taking the work out of dinner tonight, it felt like way more than if I had just made it myself. I don't know if we'll give this franchise another chance, honestly.
Always a pleasure eating here, the staff are efficient and friendly. Rolls are always warm and fresh out and the butter spread it absolutely delicious.Bailee was our server and really did a fantastic job, she took our order and made sure everything came out perfectly and accounted for, kept our drinks full and made sure we were happy throughout the entire dining experience. If you get her, tip well, she deserves it.Kitchen did fantastic, all our food came out perfectly prepared as ordered, and tasted delicious. I loved every bite.Definitely stop by and eat here, especially if you've never been by, its worth it.
I placed and picked up my order curbside. When I got home my salad was missing, so I called and was told there was nothing they could do. My steak was rather tough and my chicken strip looked more like nuggets. Normally the food is delicious but because of the don't care attitude, I'll probably not return.UPDATE:: I was contacted by Brian and he was super friendly and courteous. He resolved my issue and was very nice. Because of him, I think I'll give them another try. Thank you Brian for your great customer service
Absolute wonderful time!!! Great steaks but it was our cute little waitress that made our time there so enjoyable. Even though she was a new addition to the restaurant's family, she was great... skills, personality, sense of humor. Beautiful young lady with personality and spunk to brighten the entire room! Good luck with school... keep "jumping" for the stars and I'll be waiting for your big TV debut!!!! And I'll get to say "I met her when...". Best of luck in all you do... wear that beautiful smile always!!!
We were seated quickly, server was nice and knowledgeable of the menu, food was hot and cooked like we preferred. I had the ribs and steak combo. Ribs were moist and flavorful, steak was cooked to medium rare like I asked. Sides were tasty. Will be back. Definitely try their rolls as well!
