Worst taco bell experience ever. They take little to no pride in fixing your food correctly.They completely left one of our meals out the bag and wanted to argue that it was in there. My husband ordered jalapeños on his Mexican pizza and instead they put the jalapeños cream sauce, when we said that's not what we ordered the employee wanted to also argue about that.
I guess this is what happens when you let kids run your restaurant...Asked for extra beef on the tacos- see photo for what all 4 tacos looked like. Not only was there no 'extra' beef, it was like half the beef that should be there in the first place.No semblance of courtesy or responsibility anywhere.Such a shame...(I know, I know- it's Taco Bell, not Chick-fil-A...)
Absolutely ridiculous. Placed an online order an hour before close. I show up to the drive-through and they have it closed. I saw multiple cars drive off because they were under the impression that the store was closed an hour before they were actually supposed to be.Along with this after I waited for an employee I told them the name on my order they said they didn’t have it and that sometimes it takes a couple minutes to come through. understandable, I sat in front of the store and waited for 20 minutes only to go through the drive-through again to be told that they don’t have my order and that there’s nothing that she can do about itshe asks me to cancel my order I offered to give her my order number or just give her the details so that she can make my order. She refuses again. I ask for a manager on shift and she claims that she is the shift manager. I then ask to speak to a store manager and she tells me to pull around again.paid 16 dollars received NOTHING. She should NOT be in charge of a shift if she cannot problem solve or even ask a manager for help. Will not be coming back to this location unless is is for my refund.To the owner: HIRE BETTER EMPLOYEESto the store manager: train your employees, especially “managers’
I've ordered with doordash a bunch for taco bell. And about everytime They leave something out! It's all on the receipt but not in the bag. Like seriously how hard can it possibly be to get an order right. Worst service EVER!
Worst Taco I've ever been too in US. Some Tacos don't have tomatoes, some don't have cheese and very little lettuce. Cranchwrap, burrito and Tacos are half and less in size. Nit sure if this place was a joke.
Line moved quickly even though it was crazy long, BUT I had to go back through the line because my order was missing something and I noticed another car going back through as well. Staff was super nice and as I said, they really were swamped. Food was as hot and as good as you expect from Taco Bell. Seriously. It's Taco Bell.
This is the worst place , I wouldn't go there myself, much less my family. Like it's one thing to be lazy and it's one thing to be rude but they somehow manage to accomplish both of those things. And I'm not one of those people who have one bad experience somewhere then turn to the internet to complain but this is every single time. We even thought maybe it was us so we tried to order through door dash and our driver is refusing to pick up another order from this location.. this is why people complain about fast food restaurants asking for well over the minimum wage as start pay, i understand how rough and demanding the fast food industry can be so I would agree with just about any other fast food restaurant asking for that , just not this one.
Worst service of any fast food I have received in 39 years of life. I have been stuck in the li e for 36 min. They are averaging 20 min a order and have a attitude with the customer. Horrible
1st taco bell where the meat was hot and! the sour cream was cold and! the veggies were crisp and fresh. I can't say the same for the other locations in Spartanburg
My meal was sog•gy. Seems to me it was prepared before. I was not pleased.
