Absolutely trash worst tacobell I have ever been to. NO Ingredients in the tacos hardly also thrown together like trash. Whatever these people are getting paid at this location should be cut in half. If you hate your job quit. Don't take it out on people who pay to keep your business going sad excuse for tacobell.
Need to do better with the app. My husband and I ordered some fries off the app and the combination we get you can't order it in the store. Get there no fries they don't have them yet no way to get our money back so they refunded our whole order. taco bell didn't do anything to make it right and they have our number someone could have called and saved us some gas ?
I usually order the chicken power menu bowl and love it but won't anymore. This time I ordered 2 and paid 12 bux and yet they left off the black beans, guacamole and avocado sauce. What a disappointment. I basically got 2 small chicken salads.. This was on Asheville Hwy.
I usually like ve taco bell. However this one on Eastside , the food tasted old and I ended up throwing out four orders if cinnatwist. I was sorely disappointed ?
Food is prepared I'm a somewhat timely manner but staff is unprofessional and not polite. They seem angry all the time. Never once got a smile and or a thank you!
Was the worst food I have gotten in a couple of years.Got three soft chicken tacos .. shell was stale and hard over half of two tacos; no chicken at all on one taco; they forgot the sauce and napkins; and insides was clump together like they scrapped pan to empty it.It was the worst meal ever from Taco Bell and the worst food in last two years.

The lady working the drive thru tonight was one of the most friendly people I've ever met at a fast food establishment. She was so nice, and answered my questions on items I wasn't sure about. She made my night. I will definitely be back to this location
