Sugar & Spice is a wonderful old style diner with a rich history here in Spartanburg. The food is only matched by the great service. If you like diners, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I lived in Spartanburg for a few years and this quickly became my husband's and my favorite spot to eat. We moved back to Jacksonville where he grew up and when we drive back to visit my family, we always stop in for a chili cheeseburger at least once.

Food was edible but not much flavor. Our pie was half frozen.I thought from the pretty awning that the inside would be themed but it was very boring, needs an update. The man who took our order seemed done with everything and wasn’t very friendly. I wouldn’t go back.

First time trying it living in Spartanburg forever, very little taste to the onion rings. Fries seasoned ok. The souvlaki was tough, seasoned well but just not what we thought it would taste like.

The number of cooks in the kitchen almost reminds me of how the Beacon was when I went there as a child and they would be calling out orders of food. It is a really nice drive-in restaurant with delicious food.

I haven't been but 2 times but can tell you I ordered Roast beef sandwich the first time, it was great the second time a chef salad to go. It was so large I ate on it all day. Service was good and the help was very friendly. Will definitely will go back.

food was amazing customer service was great

Platters a big and burgers are good. They give a lot of fries and the sweet tea was good. I got a bbq platter and the meat tasted good but the sauce tasted strange. Onion rings were over cooked. I’d return for the burgers.

The chili cheeseburger was pretty good. The African American lady behind the corner was rude, but the young Caucasian girl was sweet. The onion rings were okay that comes with the plate. I would come back and try other items.

Cute little place. The food wasn't the greatest... The buns were stale, and the ingredients weren't fresh. Probably wouldn't go again. It was good for a little sit-down lunch.
