Very poor customer service!! Went there yesterday went to the drive thru placed my order on the touch screen, pulled up to the window waited about 15 minutes or so. Finally Heather came to the window and informed me that they could not make my order! She told me per her “shift manager” they could not make more than 3 sandwiches at a time!! I had ordered 5 subs for my kids an my self!! I have never heard of such. She stated several times per her “shift manager” that they were not aloud to make more than 3 sandwiches and also informed that I could not make it 2 separate orders, at this point I did not want anything from there. I will never go back to this subway!!

Poor first impression. Cardboard boxes on top of plexiglass above sandwich toppings. Chair near chip rack with Sterilite container in seat with some bags of chips for refilling..right there in pathway to order sandwiches. Pitcher with no lid halfway full of tea near metal tea dispenser. Lots of started tasks..left mid-task. Young child (3-4 year old) in threshold of front employee area and back area who was continually reminded to go in the back and sit in the chair.3 employees, 3 people in front of us. If they ran out of salt, the whole line stopped. 15 minutes into waiting our turn a 4th employee showed up.I gave my order. Employee asked me to repeat it. I asked her if she was ready..she said yes..I repeated it. She then grabbed the wrong bread, ( I let it go), asked what kind of sandwich, put on the meat, asked me what kind of cheese, put that on, then asked me if I wanted it toasted. Frustrating to tell the information 3 times but explains when there is 3 employees it takes 15 minutes to get 3 customers through the line. My sandwich artist gets told to run the register.Apparently it’s allergy season in South Carolina..lotsa sneezing by employees..zero hand washing.While checking out, I asked her to enter my phone number for the Sub Club rewards program, she told me they couldn’t do that but then consulted another employee who walked her through the steps.Our intent was to grab something quick to eat after we filled up at the Exxon next door. For our time invested, something could have been cooked.

Extremely poor customer service and no way to speak to the owner apparently. His phone number rings 3 times and automatically hangs up. No voice mail available.I went to the drive through. No sign saying it was out of order. Ordered my food on the touch screen and pulled up to the window to pay with cash. Waited 5 or so minutes. An employee finally tells me that I have to come in and order my food. I ask for the managers number. 3 rings and hangs up, no voice mail. I go in and see if they can get in touch. I get disgruntled shift manager basically telling me she has no way of contacting her manager. So in case of an emergency, she is on her own I guess. 3 employees, 1 customer outside of me, and they could not make a single order in the drive-through to correct their own, already known it was not working, issue. Instead they inconvenience the customer.

Slow…..on line order to be ready at 4:30. Put order in at 3:45. Been waiting for 30 minutes…last time that I ordered they didn’t put ingredients on my sandwich that I paid extra for! This USED to be my favorite Subway!

I placed 2 online orders back to back, both of which were cancelled after a 40+ minute wait EACH. I then attempted to contact the restaurant numerous times to no avail. So I just basically got stolen from. Absolute joke of a company. Do not order from here.

Rude staff, she thought I was hitting on her girlfriend several weeks ago when all I said was she had nice hair. The other staff worker gave me poor service and attitude the entire time. When it was all done at the register the worker kept giving me combative looks. Will not come here again!!

The new manager at this Subway doesn't allow you to get more than 3 subs. This does not support families having a meal together. Won't be going back.

I pass 3 Subways to get to this one. Super friendly staff, always accurate order, they even took the time to label my complicated order. The freshest ingredients of all the Subways around me!

Super unprofessional. Talking on the phone the entire time they’re helping me, including inappropriate topics. Pointing at things because they can’t be bothered to speak. Really? This person does not deserve a job.

I usually have decent enough service at this location, but never as good as it should be. Incorrect order fulfillment, longer waiting times, closing before posted hours, and today I showed up 2 hours after they opened and was told that they couldn't make anything because they had not made any bread yet... not impressed, would recommend nearby locations over this one.
