Poor service and even worst owner. One thing you must stay on top of is your inventory and how fast items may run out. This is the biggest inconvenience to come all the way to this restaurant and have my online order not even prepared nor was I given a call because you don’t have the meat that I want then have the Nerve did I want something else. I called several time only to have the two little girls that were there not to pick up the phone and I was hung up on 3 times before anyone actually picked up. Mind you I called minute ms after placing the order so I could have easily been told to keep from making the trip. If I could have rated you a no stars I would have. Get you stuff together
Hours on both store front and online says 9. Went at 730 and they informed me they had closed a few mins ago
They never answer their phone and always seem to close way before 9:00pm.

Very disappointed. I went to get dinner for my family only to be told 15 minutes before 8:00 PM that they were closed. This is not the first time this has happened either. There drive thru says it's open and so does their signs but they claim they are not over the intercom. Don't waste your time on them, if you want subway go to the one on Fernwood. They are nice and they are open the hours they say they are.
Frequently closes several hours early. This past sunday went there and they had closed over an hour and half early. If you go through drive thru double check order they often get it wrong.
