The workers here need better customer service and better attitudes. They don’t work together as a team. When you walk in they stare like they mad you about to PAY FOR A SUB!!!! The old lady that fixes the items on subs is so mean and RUDE. The man @ the register always looks irritated like he don’t wanna take orders. Just quit already. I don’t understand people who don’t wanna work… just get another job. The atmosphere is so bad . I’ll travel miles to another location
Went to the Asheville Highway location this afternoon to get a sub. Employees working did not seem to want to make a sandwich seeing that I was the only one in the building. When employee was asked if she was going to make the sandwich I quote "I don't want to, but I will." Seems that some additional customer service skills need to offered to the team as it appears they currently don't have any.
