This isn’t the first time I’ve waited in a very long line to get my kids a cake pop. Only to get to the counter and the barista say they’re out of stock. No sign to let customers know before waiting in line.Today specifically, the cart where they keep pastries near by is full of cake pops and I’m told they can’t serve them to me. With no explanation or apology.Frankly, I will not be visiting this Starbucks again.
The people working Wednesday morning were absolutely amazing! The location was out of a lot of drinks but the employees attitude made the experience great!

My latte was perfect, and the service was even better! I didn’t catch names, but awesome job ladies!
Went today and asked for a strawberry short cake latte. Told them how to make it and they couldn't understand. So I gave them my phone so they had the recipe that I have had made for my wife many times at other Starbucks. It came out tasting like coffee beans and no strawberry at all. No strawberry color no whipped cream nothing. They didn't try at all it just looked like a reg iced coffee... We will never use this Starbucks again.
How come y’all don’t have chocolate to make a Frappuccino!? ?
Anastasia (goes by anna) was rude and unprofessional! We ended up leaving without getting our drinks because there was no way I would’ve paid Starbucks for overpriced drinks from someone who acts like she was dragged into work. After our shopping at target I came back to ask her name (this time there was another employee with her) she said “sorry we didn’t have the drink you wanted” in a very sarcastic sweet tone.That was definitely not the problem Ana. The problem was that you were rude, you didn’t hear us out for what we ordered, and you rolled your eyes and brushed us off when I said I’m not ordering with you.Way to go, I’ll never recommend Starbucks to anyone.
