Drinks were so good, served fast considering the line. Employees were very kind and helpful.
Arrived at 7:38am, placed order and service was slow as usual as there are only 1-2 people working at all times. I was given my pastries, but still waiting on my mocha drink. Well several individuals that came in after me received their orders before I did, so I got up to check. The customer service here is awful! No on bothered to see why I was still waiting and bushed it off because they were busy. Finally asked for a refund and got out of there at 8am!
This was the slowest starbucks I have ever been to there was 2 people in line infront of me and it took 30 min to make my one drink and they didn't make it how I asked absolutely horrible do not go here there are other starbucks very close to this one
Mikeila, Danziah & Ake`Lee were super friendly with fantastic service and big smiles and very pleasant. Great teamwork between them. I plan to come back❣️❣️❣️
Service was good, but the latte that I ordered wasn't sweet enough
We are here almost weekly, but not after today. Waited at the counter for approximately 5 minutes, while 2 were working in the kiosk, and one was sitting on the backside of the kiosk. Not once were we acknowledged, not so much as a "We will be with you shortly", and all 3 had seen us standing there, and had even made eye contact with us. And just when we thought we were going to be able to place and order, NOPE...the guy WALKED OUT of the kiosk, once again, after making eye contact, and absolutely no acknowledgement of us.
Dirty dirty dirtyCounter dirty, window dirty, never have half the things on the menu and the employee rather braid her hair instead of waiting on customers and when she was finally finished just walked back around the corner taking orders....never washed her hands and both workers look very very shabby I just left
Lots of different drinks options. I also love the holiday drinks that have.
Love it being open at 5am!!
Seevice was fast but was out of my 1st and 2nd drink.
