Shout out to Tora and the rest of the morning staff for being so genuinely cheerful and friendly! My husband and bought some coffee beans along with my order this morning. and she kindly offered to grind them for me! Then , I wanted to try the blonde roast and she took her time to explain the difference between that and Pike Place. When she handed me my order, she told me to try it and if I didn’t like it as much, I could bring it back. GREAT people ! . Tip- if the car line outside looks long , I would take the time to park and come on in. We have done this twice and have found that the service inside is quick !
This place was horrible. Placed a mobile order (said ready in 10 min) arrived and had too wait an additional 20 min while watching walk in customer get their orders. Obviously not all Starbuck do customer service the same.
This is the worst starbucks possibly in all of SC. I dont get why i have to order 30 minutes ahead of time to guarantee my drink will be ready when i get there. Everytime i order 15-20 minutes ahead i go in and still wait for my drink to be made. Today i was in a hurry, and had to leave with no drink. Like seriously its $6 dollar drink get it done. They weren't busy either. Why can't they be made in the order they were received. And today was not the only day i had to abandon a paid for drink.I dont know who runs this place. You probably dont care but it seriously lacks professionalism.
Was on the interstate for a long late night drive. Both the app and Google stated that this place closed at 9:30. Although I tend to think that is early for a coffee shop, I still managed to pull in at just past nine. So I was surprised when an employee stated that they actually now close at eight. I would recommend updating your information on the various platforms so your customers know when to expect your doors to be open.
Tora and Anna both deserve a gold star along with the rest of their team this morning (3/1/22). It was VERY busy this morning, line around the building, multiple online orders, and people walking in but they kept it moving! I loved how Tora was communicating with the customers! They routinely shouted out who's order they were working on and in what order they would be making coffees. They gave me a gift card for my wait but I really didn't feel it was necessary, their customer service was excellent.
So I went in looking for the pink valentine tumbler and the manager (I assume he was the manager bc he was dealing with paperwork and a phone call lol) came out from behind the counter to find me a cup.... Not the pink one BUT it was a pretty iridescent blusih. He was super nice, friendly and helpful. But I still want a pink one lol
The staff tonight (1/23/22 @4:30) deserve a big thank you, extra tips, and a raise. Tonight was a very busy night for this Starbucks. When I arrived after placing my mobile order the line was wrapped around the building. It probably took about 35 minutes to get up to the order window but I knew that was likely when I pulled in. Even though they were dealing with a seemingly endless line of customers they were very cheerful when it came to interacting with us. They apologized for the long wait even though that’s not some thing they can avoid or help with and proceeded to be kind while getting the order together. The order was perfect. I appreciate the attentiveness and positive attitude of the three staff members that I had the pleasure of coming into contact with.
Rating 5 stars for the employee working the window tonight! I have no idea what her name is but I appreciated her cheerful attitude! I pulled up to the drive thru and realized they had a sign out saying they were closing early at 8pm and I looked and saw the time was 7:59pm. I was going to pull off but then the employee asked for my order. I heard other employees in the background when I got to the window fussing about them being closed. I felt super bad but was so appreciative of the one at the window still taking my order and being so kind as well. Small gesture, but it made my night! So 5 stars to her and thank you!
Hours posted online are wrong. It says 9:30 but employees close the store at 8pm. A woman - not in a Starbucks uniform or even a name tag approached my vehicle stating I had to order with her because they are closing in 2 mins. She was arguing over her phone with someone inside saying “I’m getting these orders so I can go home!” Starbucks has gone DOWN.
Went through drive through to get 2 coffees and headed down the road. As my wife was drinking her coffee a blond hair slid in her mouth. I have short brown hair and my beautiful wife is African American with dark brown hair. We did not go back to the store nor will we. But figured a review needed to be done.
