Extremely unprofessional and spacey staff. Forgot to put our sandwiches in the oven because the cashier was texting while taking our order. Doesn’t matter who’s working nobody seems to know the menu
I was picking up drinks for my daughter and son-in-law. I wasnt 100% sure what I was supposed to get, but the baristas were amazing. They knew exactly what I needed, even with me only giving them a small part of the order. I have never been so impressed.

They have so much more than coffee so if you want you try something new and familiar or just want you try something out of the ordinary this is the place for you. Tip if you like chai tea ask for it with steamed apple juice. I guarantee you will like it.

Great folks, great coffee, 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is NOT tired to consume these beverages. Would give 49 stars but google allows me to only give 5. When I consumed this tasty cold brew, my third eye instantly opened and I saw all of the peaceful spirits in my cup. When I saw the Starbucks logo on the Ingles building I thought it was the gateway to heaven. Only to find out that it was exactly that, a paradise within a paradise of endless foods and brews. No other Starbucks can compare to this little coffee shack right here. If I hit the lottery, I’m sorry St Judes Hospital and any other donation organization, but I’m dropping a few million in that tip jar. Pull up to your Ingles Starbucks and experience nirvana for the first time. Gg
I'm a regular at this store, my favorite things are the cafe latte and the bacon egg bites. This morning is the second time I received the wrong item. Instead of egg bites, I received a bacon gouda sandwich. In what world do those two things sound alike? Perhaps if they used the POS system correctly, I would have seen that she entered my order incorrectly. Very disappointed, question whether I'll go back, certainly won't order food again.

This location is in an Ingels, the service is a little slow and they seem to have trouble keeping employees at this location so there's always new people, which means they are always in training, which means a reduction in speed, quality, and accuracy. Other than that it's a Starbucks
