Ordered the chicken sandwich. It is a very thin piece that is way over cooked and not edible.
Very disappointed. Used the Sonic app to order food. Waited and hour at Sonic only to be told food was given to someone else. Was told couldn't get a refund only through the app. Waited another 35 minutes for a manger. Again was told nothing could be done for a refund. Waited 10 minutes and made good on the order. Got nothing extra for my wasted time or gas. Won't go back again.
This is the first time in my life I’ve had to talk to someone’s manager. Today I went to the drive thru, which wasn’t working. We pulled around to order at the window and everything seemed fine at first. After paying, we waited a half hour at the window with zero acknowledgement from the cashier. Within that half hour, he went to three separate cars behind us, took their orders and payment, and delivered their food. I knocked on the window to ask if something was wrong and why those cars were getting served first, and he told me their orders were shorter. I only had two sandwiches! In the half hour it took to serve all those other people they absolutely could have made my two sandwiches. He then told me my son’s burger has been ready, but mine was being cooked. I asked how long his had been ready because I was worried about it going cold and he rolled his eyes at me and told me it wasn’t a problem. When he shut the window, he shouted to the rest of the staff that I needed to calm down if I wanted my food. When I spoke to his manager she gave me a story about the other orders being door dash (doesn’t seem likely since I saw him take payment from them) but that those orders get made first regardless. That’s the best I could get. Our food WAS cold, and my sandwich wasn’t even made correctly. I’m done trying with this location.
This place blows. We ordered online, showed up and waited 20 minutes at a stall (as directed by the app) before a lady named Amber came out and yelled at us to get in the drive thru, so we went through the drive thru and were given cold (yet somehow burnt) food that was obviously made half an hour prior. She tried to charge us even though we had already paid. There was no cheese for the pretzel, no marinara for the cheese sticks, and no ranch for the poppers. There was hardly any sauce on the burgers. Just look at the tomato slices that were on our burgers. How do 2 burgers get the scraps? What an absolute joke, and a miserable waste of $30. We are not that difficult to please but this was a mind-boggling failure on all levels. This place is in serious need of new management.
AWFUL!! Ordered our food which was 50$ worth waited for almost a hour & it came out wrong & cold. Said they dropped the food the first time that’s why it took so long which was understandable but when it came out cold & like it had been sitting there a good minute that’s where I drew the line. Never going back & id advise no one else to go there either.
I waited almost 20 minutes just for cold fries. Please close down.
I'm giving three stars for the service only. The server was in training and did a great job, she was a little soft spoken but very nice. The food however was not all that great. Fries were cold and I asked for NO onion or tomato on my burger and yes indeed there were onions and tomatoes on my burger. It was also a little salty. This was the first time I ordered food there so maybe the next time will be better. Shakes are always great
ordered our food took 20 minutes... fries and tots were cold.. asked for fresh fries and they dropped our cold food back in fryer.... and got attitude about wanting a refund.... do better. I manage a restaurant and would never question a customer..
Drive thru only and the drive thru was so slow OI left and went to Chick-fil-A
Omg. I ordered a shake that came out in a dirty cup with no wip cream. Didn't even look like what I paid for.got to my cheese tots. Looked old like its been made for hours. Where the chill had done settle in and made the tots mush. Burger was cold and dry. Then when spoke to Manger she had a explanation for everything like I don't work in a kitchen for a living. They remade it.but still no change. That place needs a change. Sonic ain't sonic no more.
