The food was thrown together when I arrived to receive my order. The wings looked like nuggets and burnt also the fries were cold and dry. I would not recommend this place. Save your time and money going here.
Food looks good but $16+ for 6 boneless wings and 2 sides is way overpriced. And the cup of mac and cheese was only half full.
I received Bad service at the smoking wings on black stock rd . Ordered a simple order of ten chicken wings over the phone and showed up and what they made was wrong . Girl at the front counter told me “I know what you ordered because I’m the one who took the order “ with an attitude . I think I would know what I ordered since I ordered it . Instead of apologizing for messing up the order which is ok because mistakes happen , she was rude and made it seem like I was lying . Needless to say I won’t be returning to that location. I’ve never experienced such bad costumer service before . Wow
Horrible customer service ! I have bought wings from here alot and I'm now thinking about never going back. Put my order in online and went to pick it up and they said they never got an order online then couldn't find her phone and when she did she swore it must have just come through even though she never checked her phone so Im total I had to wait and hour on my food then she never apologized or anything she acted like she could care less
Food is excellent!! However, I was there tonight, 7:34 pm, March 2, 2022 & the female cashier with the red framed glasses was very rude and acted if she didn't want to be bothered with orders. This is not a good look for a business. Thank God that I have been here before and I know the other cashiers have better personalities.
Ordered through Doordash so can't say anything about the customer service. The burger I ordered was a different subject. In the app it shows the burger with fries and none were present. The burger itself which I paid $13.25 for on Doordash after taxes, delivery fee, etc, was supposed to be cooked medium not well done. The burger did have decent flavor to my surprise and they did include the jalapenos I requested. I just hate overcooked burgers.
Rude employees when I called about the wings. I ordered 80 wings 20 hot 20 gator 20 lemon pepper 20 BBQ and they didn't put any sauce on 40 of them.
Just tried out this location and it is the best, tried a couple of flavors and I have to honestly say that I did not find one that I didn't like.
Wrong order second time in a row called to tell them about it they told me to bring it back ok some people only get so much time on lunch break. Hello wingstop?
These wings are sooooo good ?It's now my go to wing place
