My husband and I came in about an hour ago. We stood at the hostess desk for about five minutes watching the wait staff and bartender working but never saw a hostess. Nobody ever approached us even though multiple members of staff looked at us. We left. We’ll be giving our dining dollars to a restaurant that actually wants business. No wonder the place was nearly empty.

This location is great!! My server was Brenda. She was very attentive and always seemed to stop by at the right time. My food was hot and prepared to my liking. She paid excellent attention to my requests.The host who seated me was also pleasant and patient. I will definitely visit this location again.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this Red Lobster. Our server, Rodriguez, was exceptional. He was very enthusiastic and wanted to make sure that we had a pleasant time...and we did!!! The food was very tasty and fresh. I would definitely go back to this restaurant. My husband took part in the shrimpfest and I had the Salman New Orleans (pictured).

Our salads and appetizers came after the meals, so that was a little odd.

Well, we literally stood a minimum of 8 minutes at hostess desk. No one was in front of us or waiting. It was 1:10 in afternoon on a Monday. There was a bartender with zero customers and 4 other waitresses I counted. I saw maybe 7-8 tables seated. The rest of restaurant was empty. I finally asked bartender who told me, “well, we have no tables open. You’ll just have to wait.” Seriously? Not one of those five people could acknowledge our existence or take us to be seated. Wow. If 5 people can’t work less than two tables a piece that’s pretty sad. Needless to say, we left.

I ordered this meal and paid extra for the Brussels sprouts. This is how it looked when I opened the container. The fish was fried too long, hard and was tough like rubber. This was a disappointment after along hard week at work.

Overall we had a good experience I got the lobster my partner got the shrimp platter and our guest got also shrimp..Everything was good... The experience was good.. Our waitstaff was excellent.. The food was good... The only problem I ever have with Red lobster since the day they opened up is the price... But ... Still... highly recommended and will return....

Today at lunch we had the best waitress that we have ever had at any red lobster. Her name was Ashley. She was very friendly, very attentive, very informative and helpful with the menu,she was always spot on with our needs. She was absolutely amazing. Thank you Ashley for a wonderful experience.

Unfortunately this place was a let down. They may have been short staffed but the service was very poor. Waited over an hour after checking in online half an hour earlier with a wait time of 30 minutes. There were three of us. Took too long (20 mins) to greet us at the table after being seated and they were out of almost every drink I ordered. (Angry orchard,Corona, Truly) finally settled on a Sam Adam’s. Every drink order took 10 minutes before I was informed they were out of that selection. Server forgot to enter our appetizer and never brought my water. Food was OK but the lobster tail had pieces of shell in it. After flagging the server down multiple times for drinks and biscuits we finally got our check. We asked for to go boxes and he never brought them so we just left the food.

After a couple horrific experiences at Red Lobster a few years ago, I haven’t been back until today. My two adult sons and I arrived for lunch at 11:05. The restaurant was clean and the manager that seated us was friendly and informative. David was our server and while he was adequately friendly, that’s where anything good about the service ends. We could not get drink refills, could not get more biscuits, not one dirty dish or glass was removed during our time there, and I had to keep asking for items that we had ordered to be brought to the table.The saving grace of this experience was that the food was absolutely fantastic!!! Kudos and high praise to the kitchen staff. I’m extremely patient and understanding after having worked in the restaurant industry for years however, we were the only table in that entire area of the dining room for at least 20 minutes so I really can’t forgive the lack of service.I would risk visiting this location again based solely on the food. One can only hope for better service next time which isn’t hoping for much as the service today was all but nonexistent.
