Complete Garbage customer service, On the phone and in person is even Wrost, How does she still work there?
The Food is good, But the Customer Service IS COMPLETE DOGShiat!!! everytime I used to go I did not appretiate the Attitude of the Cashier, And they still have the Audacity to recomend a Tip?
I am so disappointed. I have been coming for years. The woman at the front is a familiar face but honestly never has been a friendly one. However it never stopped me from supporting this chain. She seems very irritated, unwilling to lead customers or assist if you’re not sure on what to get and just overall ready to get you out her face . I have very tough skin and nothing ever bothers me. I love supporting small businesses but to know someone has built this establishment for her to be this unprofessional is disheartening. I will never be go back and spend another penny, I’d rather drive past and go somewhere else further than to ever enter this restaurant again.
My husband went here to “Real Deal Philly Cheesesteaks”. They are borderline inedible. And I am not joking. Literally disgusting. Service was also rude and unfriendly. Don’t recommend this place. It’s also very expensive but made with cheap ingredients. The place you are looking for is in Hendersonville NC it’s called Woody’s Cheesesteaks. Not Spartanburg, not Boiling Springs. You’ve been warned… Don’t eat here.
I believe the owner to be prejudice. This was witnessed when I myself and another white customer received excessive attitude and were both treated rudely. A gentleman of color walked in and was greeted nicely and order was taken with respect. This is no way to run a business. I hope she doesn’t own the place because she acted like it was her place to act the way she wanted. Will not return
From St. Louis, MO & stop in between basketball games. Philly Cheese Steak was amazing, the meat was season to perfection.The kool aid was good & the right amount of sweet!
Food is really great! The lady from Africa at the front is the nastiest prejudice person I have ever met in my entire lifeIf you are african american though she will treat you super nice!!!If you have any african american employees or co workers that can go and pick up the food, then that will be best.... if your white, go somewhere else as she will treat you like you are part of the KKK.
First time coming . And it was great . Ole girl up front was REAL as they come.Some people can't handle REAL BUT I can dig it. I'm not from Philly but I'm from Chicago. Made me feel like I was back home at one of the hot dog joints on da corner. It's about the food .Soon as I walked in I knew it was gonna be good. Appearance don't mean nothing. . GOOD MUSIC playing dude in back acknowledged me soon as I walked in. And back to girl upfront she don't play no games so be ready or you're getting your feelings hurt. As seen from reviews. As for me I'm sold they got some new regulars .
I have been coming to real deal for 7 years. Always top notch food. I've moved to boiling springs and have now used that location for the last two years and it's been fantastic.I went back to the Spartanburg location today and while placing my call in order, I had by far my worst experience in any restaurant. The lady was so rude, so disrespectful, and honestly annoying. She kept acting like my requests to ask for no Mayo were absurd and like my call was a disturbance.I've never been more inclined to write a review than now. Usually I don't care. The owner is a great dude and I hate that this lady is ruining his good name.
Food is great but poor customer service. Rushing us to order, not answering simple questions, made us feel like we were inconveniencing her coming in. I see others have had similar experiences.
