I always get good service. I also always get great pizza. I used to go to Cici's, but I don't see the point anymore. You get what you pay for. I would rather spend a few more dollars and get hot quality food. I don't go to Pizza Inn often, but when I do it's great.
I worked there in the 80s. Management and the owners were horrible. We did our best to keep it clean and the buffet stocked. The price apparently hasn't changed. You can go somewhere else, pay less and get a better pizza. To the response. You WILL NOT BE SEEING ME AGAIN
Food is good, most of the employees are very nice. I've only been there twice, it's always packed and unfortunately people cut in line and aren't very polite. Not the restaurants fault but it could be more of a pleasant place if the customers weren't so rude.
We eat from the buffet at least twice a month. Both the pizza and the service are great. My only complaint is that the place is dirty, very dirty.They need to give it a thorough cleaning inside and out.The food on the buffet appears to be clean, but the floors are very dirty inside and out. The restroom is also very dirty.

Went there tonight with my Family and the Food was Horrible and not done. The Cheeseburger Pizza wasn't done right there was too much mustard, too much cheese. Not enough Hamburger meat the rest of the Pizza was awful too. The New Management didn't take our complaints seriously they just laughed at us like they didn't care. They need to care because this can put them out of business especially if my Parents or us get sick. The Management needs to train the Cooks how to Cook the Pizza right. We won't be coming back and we have been loyal Customers for years.
We were here on a Saturday after 2. Fair amount of customers so fresh pizza was presented on bar in a reasonable amount of time. Several choices. I especially loved tge chocolate chip dessert pizza. The oreo pizza was scrumptious too. And the cinnamon oh Lord was delicious.Waitresses were busy wiping tables and clearing.My only complaint was pizza dropped on floor was never removed.For my husband and I to eat hot bar and 1 water bill was $23.
The salad bar is always fresh and all has all kind of different toppings and dressings. They also have a variety of pizza on the bar and you can always request something that isnt out there already. The staff is always friendly and check on you several times to make sure you are good. This Pizza Inn is my favorite pizza buffet in Spartanburg.
Omg ? I ordered chocolate chip pizza and 2 meat pizzas.. I went in to pick it up and the place smelt horrible. It was visibly dirty. I thought maybe it was in my head and the pizza would make up for it. But oh I was wrong. The chocolate chip pizza was barely chocolate chip but tastes as good as usual. The meat pizza however tasted like week old garbage. Each flavor conflicting with the other. The pan pizza is barely a pan pizza, take down the sign, you didn't out pan pizza the hut by any means. It's flat AF. Put some yeast in your dough! So pathetic. I can't believe 2 pizzas cost me 28$ when I could've just eaten for free out of a trash can and received the same experience. My son won't even touch it and he loves pizza. The pan pizza is undercooked and didn't even rise. NEVER going back.I'll keep the chocolate chip pizza but the rest is going in a fire to prevent spreading diseases to animals
We made it a family affair on a Monday March 14th. We reserved for a large number of family members to attend. The server was very nice, confident and attentive. The food was fresh and a good variety of pizza deliciousness. The salad bar was fresh and also had a variety of toppings and dressing. Everyone was pleased and enjoyed our get together.
