Went there with my friend last night, restaurant was empty except for a family of about 8-10. There was a customer at the register who was being helped. So after a few minutes of standing there a female employee came out of the bathroom & didn't even acknowledge us. After a few more minutes of waiting my friend went to the register & he said the girl behind the counter looked up at him & then went about doing whatever.I don't see any reason to ever come back if this is the way customers are treated.
We enjoyed a stuff crust pizza and our unsweetened tea. The server was friendly and efficient. Very pleasant dine in experience. High points for a clean bathroom! Always a good test for a restaurant. I’m sorry those very old reviews are still up.
Usually no problems but tonight an item was missing and we have now waited at least 40 minutes and still haven't received the missing item. Not a happy customer right now.
Not once have been disappointed. Always correct order and pizza is great. Breadsticks were amazing.
I called for a delivery and was told they don’t deliver to my address cause of my zip code. Im literally next to the line of zip code chafe exactly 6 miles, I could walk there in no time. This place is an absolute joke!! As far as the food will never know because they will never get my business nor anyone who lives in this huge subdivision. Good job local Pizza Hut
Online ordering was simple. I like that coupons and deals were available. My order arrived earlier than quoted, it was correct and delicious!
The service from the staff was spectacular! Everyone was polite with an welcoming attitude. However, my pizzas were horrible. They were very thin and dry. The crust was so dry it was rock hard.
Bring back the crust flavor seasoning. Highly disappointed that you guys got rid of the different flavors
I ordered pasta pizza and chicken for delivery took over an hour to get here store is 5 minutes away everything is cold and they forgot the chicken delivery driver said he would be right back with it I called the store they said he didn't say anything but he forgot to grab the bag now I'm waiting another 30 minutes for the chicken
The food was fresh, hot, and put together in a timely manner. The woman at the drive thru window was nice and very receptive. Not only that but the food was much much cheaper than in chesnee. Id suggest going to boiling springs for your pizza needs.
