Very young and rude employees. The last time I came here they forgot my sauce so I asked for it. Wasn’t rude about it or anything. I just asked for it. I guess they were mad about that because I came back tonight and the man seen who I was when I pulled in and he rolled his eyes.. I sat there for a few minutes waiting at the drive thru and he left the window open & I could hear them joking with each other repeating “don’t forget her sauce” then another one Said “I should throw this sauce at her”.I don’t see what the big deal was or why they had to be so rude.. I wasn’t rude the last time about it. All I did was ask for it.. But I’m pregnant and getting threatened to get sauce thrown at me. I was already having a bad day and this made it worse.. Plus now I’m scared to even eat this food I got so I wasted my money.
They need to change their prices on the their website.its very misleading when it says 12 bone in wings for $12 and some change,but their actually 20 dollars and change.also lady on the phone needs more training on taking orders.my order was 46 dollars for 12 wings and a 3 topping medium pizza.thats redicuolous.
I received this coupon in the mail and attempted to order a specialty from the Pizza Hut on Asheville Hwy and was told there was no coupon with this on it. I kept insisting I had it in my hand and the girl kept arguing with me until I told her I'd get one somewhere else. It's possible it WAS a misprint but I believe they have to honor it. I couldn't even get a manager to speak with me but perhaps they don't have those anymore. Needless to say there are alot more places to get Pizza.
1000% worst Pizza Hut I've ever eaten. I ordered the primavera pasta bake. It was full of dried out pasta because it was lacking sauce and the pans were barely filled. (I got two) The breadsticks were barely cooked and there was enough dipping sauce for two of the five breadsticks. I will never go there again. It was pure laziness.
Awesome Personal Pizza. Fresh Vegetables Loaded on my pizza with quick friendly service.. Personal pan and a 20oz Drink for $6. Can't beat it !

You can tell the employees really didn't give their jobs much thought. The Manager look like he was going in sane trying to do it all. They need dedicated employees.

After I've paid for my order, they tell me they don't have half of it, and then they can't even give me the refund on a gift card, which would have at least allowed me to be able to use the money that I have already spent, to get the food at a different pizza hut that did have it. So now, I've got to spend twice as much money just to buy dinner tonight. I'll never bother with this pizza hut again after how little they were willing to work with me on their mistake.
I ordered the triple treat Box. I ordered an extra cheese and a epperoni pizza with cheese bread. When I opened the boxes, both of the pizzas and the breadsticks were hot. But there was more breading than topping. Literally there was 2 to 3 inches of bread all around the pizzas. I was very disappointed. How do you even send a pizza out that looks like that? Would you want your pizza to look like that? Needless to say, I would rather go out of my way and order from someone else than to order from this Pizza Hut again. I called the store to speak with a manager and the lady that answered said the manager was not available. The girl on the phone told me that she would give me a credit for half the price of my order. The fact that everything I ordered was horrible, I did not feel that was sufficient.
