My delivery order came promptly and was hot which was great, but I was missing the extra sauces I had specifically ordered. When I let the delivery driver know she politely apologized and gave me instructions on how to get in touch with the manager at the store to resolve the issue. Once I contact the store I was quickly able to speak with the manager that was able to give me a happy resolution to my issue. My compliments to the employees and management of this location for their excellent customer service.
1st time placed on hold until they closed. I did a three way call, to remind them that i was calling to place an order. I forgot you were on hold to bad. 2cd time no delivery drivers after I ordered. 3rd time after 3 months your order will be delivered in 34 minutes. Well 48 minutes later, I call back, only to be placed on hold. Delivery driver is done for tonight. Yo, Shaq Holla at Me!?
Mark this, 650pm Friday 4/15/22. Worst employees, and worst review I have ever given. Straight young and ghetto, they need to fire these people. Hung up on me. The only bright spot was the manager, just because she was decent.
Decent spot. It's hard for everyone especially for workers. So if they mess up, go easy. I been a few times this year so far and it hasn't been perfect but they are learning. It's just pizza, so be nice
I put an online order in a couple days ahead for my team and we had schedule changes and I called and changed the date two different times (so annoying) and they were nothing but kind and accommodating. Great team over there!
This is the worst Papa John’s location around. Workers are so rude and don’t even care about you or your food. Lady upfront that was checking me out was on her phone WHILE taking my order, repeatedly asking me “Can you say that again.” Waited over 30 minutes for my pizza they said would take 15. Extremely rude and definitely don’t recommend coming here. Boiling Springs location is MUCH nicer.
My family gets pizza from here all the time and it's good, though the cheesesticks could use more flavor.
I typically order from this store alot for pizza however the past few months the pizza has been horrible. I tried to place a order tonight at 5:20 it stated it was being made and my order would be here in 40mins however by 7:30 is when my order finally arrived. Pizza was cold and so was the side of chicken nuggets. I will no longer order from here!
The drive through must have been 12-16 cars deep when i got there. So many we were waiting out on the street, but the line moved steady, and when i got to the window, in all the chaos, the employees were friendly, prompt, and helpful.
This order was the worst order I have received from any of your stores. My cinnamon pull aparts are burned black, and the pizza I ordered for myself has the correct label and completely incorrect ingredients. It's loaded with mushrooms which I am allergic to, amongst other ingredients I definitely did not order. I live 30 minutes away from this location, and when I tried to call and complain, they are closed so I worked all day and still have no dinner. Way to go, guys.
