Called in an order, call doesn’t go to the store, they’ve out sourced it in which the person tries to upsell you on everything. They give me an estimated time of 10-20 minutes. I drive around for 15 minutes, when I show up they tell me that they just put my pizzas in the oven and that I need to come back in 8-10 minutes. I drive around again. When I come back, the pizzas still aren’t done and in fact, the lady said she just put my pizza in (again). So I called the order in at 7:45…. it’s now 8:25 no pizza
How in the hell you repaeat my order two times an still forget the nacho cheese this twelfth time y'all have messed my order up in a row like cheese dip it's not that yard

I can't believe the rudeness and just plan lack of skills in this one. Which is really sad that I was told if they mess up my order and I don't like it, I can go elsewhere. I was told this by the manager Xavier! I thought Papa John's was so much better that this! this is my fav pizza and i can't even enjoy it bc they can't do their job..better management and staff training is highly needed!! oh and They don't even stay open till the time they say they are!! How is this store still open?! they are going to make someone very sick with their uncooked nasty food and don't order extras bc they will take your money and not give you what you paid for!
This papa john's is a joke. My wife made an order and then received an email stating that the order has been cancelled and that they tried to contact. Firstly, they didn't try to contact. Secondly, the manager admitted they didn't and cancelled it anyway. Thirdly, the reason is because we complained 15 times this past year according to this person and we literally had every right to complain because either food is completely wrong, items are missing or the pizza is just absolutely disgusting. Now, we are REFUSED SERVICE!.Maybe, just MAYBE we wouldn't complain if they could do their job which they obviously suck at and the manager was very rude and unprofessional. PAPA JOHNS! DO YOU ALLOW YOUR STAFF TO CONDUCT THEMSELVES THIS WAY? I would like this person to be terminated immediately and I suggest you obtain better staff
This incident happened on Tuesday January 11, 2022 @1700h. This occurred at Store#1822. My wife (brand new customer to this location) had the rudest experience from this location today. They went up there to get some food. They made the pizza and skimped on the toppings. After she paid for the pizza she looked at it, and was disappointed with the quantity of bacon on the pizza. She asked to speak to the manager (The individual was Caucasian and did not want to disclose his name.) There were two managers present and neither one wanted to approach the counter. They were trying to tell the cashier to relay the message. Then my wife stated "No, I would like to speak to the manager." The manager then came over to the counter and became belligerent, rude, and uncouth and spoke to my wife in a very foul tone. He raised his voice stating that there was enough bacon on the pizza and my wife said no it's not and he repeatedly ordered the cashier to give her a refund. She had to request a refund receipt from the cashier because it was not voluntarily given. My wife asked to reorder and she was told NO by the manager as he continued to tell the cashier to give her a refund. I'm pleased to announce the Most uncouth business in South Carolina. Stay clear of this establishment. They're definitely not getting any recommendations. I'M REPORTING THIS TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, AND THE CHANNEL 7 NEWS. THE WHOLE WORLD WILL KNOW ABOUT PAPA JOHN'S STORE #1822. I PROMISE YOU THAT!!
Awesome service. Took our order even though they were closing in 20 minutes. Had it ready by the time we go there with no complaints. We love our Papa John's!

Delivery time is outrages theyvlie about where you order is and the manager is rude and don't know how to speak to people cause and hour and 1/2 after placing and order and it still isn't at your door and the Manger sighs heavy and give alot of attitude
