Nice atmosphere to just sit and talk or “people watch” or just breathe ?
If I could give no stars I would. Horrible customer service. Rude employees and unprofessional. Also we got there at 8:30 to order and were told they turned down ovens 1 hour ago meaning 7:30 pm b/c of lack of customers. Not my problem. We drove 1 hour to get here only to be rejected our business and talked to like a piece of trash. I hope the owner reads this message and gives the employees some training.
My husband and I had the pleasure of visiting this location and we were greeted by an outstanding lady by the name of Barbara. She was so sweet. Her personality was amazing!. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. I absolutely love that when she looked up my rewards, she called me by name. It made me feel like a close friend or family. Even though we couldn't see each others smiles because of our masks, I could tell that she was smiling and I am sure that she could tell that I was too. I pray that Mrs Barbara happiness spreads to everyone that comes through those doors. I don't personally know here, but I love her and her genuine care she displays to customers. Because of her, I will return to this location.
Food quality has gone down drastically. It is sad to pay over $40 for a meal for 2, and then get stale bread and rotten greens in your sandwiches. Sweet tea is also not great. Please work on food quality.The app could use an update as well. I wasn’t able to use gift cards that I had uploaded to the app in the drive thru.
I wish I could remember the young man's name that brought my food out, but he was an African American guy with really great hair (I hate that I didn't get his name, but I hope the description helps ?). He had the best, most sincere customer service that I've encountered in a long time. His bright smile and disposition brightened my day!
They don’t know what service is here. Waiting for a pickup order 20 minutes after they said it was ready for pickup! Was supposed to be curbside and now we have to go in! Do I get my generous tip back Panera??? You won’t be getting my business anymore!

In the past 7 months some delays have been my fault, many have been theirs. Over all the food and staff are great, considering the economy and shortage of willing workers!
Extremely rude and racist attendant, did the service all the time making an ugly face and not paying the slightest attention. I don't intend to go back!!!
