I stopped going to Panera back in 2020 due to poor service and to go orders that were incorrect. Today, April 27, 2022, I decide to give them another chance because I loved their Balsamic salad dressing. I was told they don't have Balsamic dressing now. I decide to proceed with an order after placing my order they refused to break my larger bill. No more chances from this patron.
First time ever going inside a Panera yesterday. Had a good many patrons inside enjoying a Sunday lunch. Clean location. No one in line when I went inside - girl came up to my order, asked a few questions & I waited for my salad. When I got my salad, the croutons were so hard I couldn't even eat them. Which was a bummer. I just wasn't happy with my lunch ? Not giving them a horrible review - just not much to "recommend" from my visit yesterday.

This is supposed to be 11$ worth of a sandwich. You’re telling me this spec of pickles and sauce makes for an 11$ chicken sandwich. There’s basically no flavor with the tiny amount of ingredients you added. I’ll never be coming back.
The lady that took our order was the dish washer...but she was friendly and efficient. Our orders were right and served quickly.
Food is just okay. One order was the special; Grilled Cheese and Tomato soup. The 2nd order was a chicken soup and a chicken salad sandwich. The sandwiches were on the wrong plates. The chicken soup had no chicken. The grilled cheese was more toasted than grilled and cheese almost melted.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Came there with our family 4 adults and 4 kids. We came at 8:30 they immediately told us that they are about to close , so we hurry up to order through their self ordering things . We spend there about 5 min trying to figure out what we want and we were about to pay they told us that this things won’t let us do cuz they are closing soon. Okay whatever we ordered it in person ( she was very rude) told us they don’t have any bread at all and no sweets at all ( it was 8:37 so still 23 min until closing) . Then they told us we have to leave cuz they are closing but we didn’t even get our food yet ( again she was very rude) . We got our food and when we were leaving we saw them loading 3 bags of bread and one bag of sweets into the car !!!!( but they told us that they don’t have any)So basically they took all the sweets and bread like 40 min before closing!!!! What is this even ??? I guess they would blame it on Covid and that nobody want to work these days . And on top of that the food was horrible
Ordered through app, been waiting 1&half hours no delivery & I can’t get through to anyone at Panera. I’m starving, out $24 and angry. Do NOT use their app. I feel swindled.
I give this place zero stars. Customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!! They’re slow and have no urgency to take orders. The sign on the door says open at 6am but they don’t open until 7am, so I was told when I called after I sat in the drive thru for 10 mins. Also, the staff is rude!! Worst Panera Ever!!
Normally I don't have any problem but new staff and management have awful attitudes
