In Spartanburg traveling for work. Panda Express is not always great. Always expensive. This location today had some issue with the guy ahead of me. Good thing I was on a biz- call and didn't care. The guy behind me was PO. Trapped. Food was warm, not hot? Sat in parking lot to eat. And forgot my soy sauce? Fried rice was weak.
I have never been a big fan of Panda Express, but a coupon allowed me to take a new chance on them. I thoroughly expected to have a 1 or 2 star review to report, but nope, I was surprised at the quality of the operation and food.It had hard-working folks making food right in front of us. Everything looked clean and on point. Sure, the sauces they used may taste overly sweet and feel like imitations on traditional Chinese, but the food could hold its own on this visit. I really didn't have any major complaints.But alas I remain skeptical. I shall give them another visit soon and will hope to uphold my 4-star review. (No, I can't even think 5-star in relation to Panda Express. But you never know. The world is full of surprises.)
Frankly not a good joint to dine at. Got 2 big plates, advertised at 10 dollars and 10 cents. Was charged 27 dollars. Asked the lady at the window why I was charged so much only to find out that the peppered angus steak and shrimp was “premium meat”. I will say, the bill was dropped, as I changed the order to only chicken. I will give the staff credit. However, they were rude. Food was marginal at best. Couldn’t eaten ramen noodles for 59 cents. Worth a shot if you like this type of food but it is overpriced.
Just went through the drive thru and drove home. My 'beef' and broccoli was ALL broccoli, undercooked broccoli at that. There was not one piece of meat in the mix. The fried rice tasted very weird and the carrots in it weren't cooked all the way. Very disappointed.
We ate there. Two kids meals, no broccoli. The noodles were crisp couldn't even eat it. The sweet and sour chicken was old and hard. They had no egg rolls said they were out. The cheese racoon was burnt with no flavor. The had no straws they said they were out. I ordered a small shrimp. We had to take the outside off because the sauce was so thick. My order was 30 dollars and I will not go back. I wouldn't recommend
Absolutely Disgusting!!! I went at 11:58am and my food taste like it's been sitting out all night. I got 2 meats 1 side Beef and broccoli, Sesame chicken, egg rolls, and noodles. They gave me one piece of deef and the broccoli looks like it was old when they cooked it. The chicken was cold and because of how the other food looked I was scared to eat it. The egg roll was burned and also old. The noodles tasted old and not done at the same time and I didn know that was possible. I will not be eating here ever again. I was being lazy and didn't want to drive 20mins after work to go across town but I will meet time. Google will ask about the experience later today and I'll post the picture o. there.
What happened to the quality of the food at Panda Express? It used to be amazing....now the noodles are dry and hard, and much of the food is very bland lacking flavor and freshness... too bad.. used to be one of my favorites to patronize ....

I have no idea how this place is still open. I keep hoping it will “be better this time” when I go and it NEVER IS. Like do your employees cook food once a day in the morning and serve it until close? It seems you don’t feel like making more when you run out either, just reduce the portion to 4 pieces of chicken when I only ordered a bowl in the first place. I’ve never tried to eat noodles so dry I can’t even chew or swallow them. Not to mention I’ve had food door dashed from McDonalds before that was less cold than this place straight from the drive thru. Spartanburg literally has the laziest employees when it comes to fast food it’s pathetic.
I used to love Panda but this location is awful. The noodles and veggies are hard. The food tasted horrible. We couldn’t even eat it.
