As always when at the Garden my beautiful wife and I are treated as if we're Family here we brought our nephew and fiance with us when their drinks were almost gone the very observant waitress Christine with an E from Germany had them new drinks at the table same for my wife and I with water. Salad ? bowl was always refilled prior to last being empty and their Soups all three were kept full. That was one of the best waitresses we've ever had the pleasure of serving us. We were Family like the logo says
The wait was alright. We had to wait 35-40 minutes but it flew by fast. The service was amazing and our server was very friendly and was quick to get me a refill on my drink.
We did a take out order, and to be honest at first I was very upset that we had to wait an hour because our food was given to the wrong car. I have to say I really appreciate the fact that they remade our food offered a dessert and gave us a gift card. Customer service very important in today's world I don't see much of it these days. I really do appreciate everything that was done for our food
They were very busy, but our party of two was seated fairly quickly. Food was good and we were happy with what we had.
The perfect place for a mother and daughter dinner before she leaves for college. Our server was quick and pleasant to us. The chicken Alfredo and quality conversation was the best part of my day.
Update January 15th 2022 - we went and checked in via Olive Garden wait list on their app and the app said we would be waiting close to 30 minutes. We waited inside and looked at their to go menu & We were seated within only 15 minutes. We ordered our drinks & an appetizer while we waited for our salad ( my favorite thing there ! ) The waitress was.... slow on getting the order and we had just gotten our soup & salad literally 5 minutes before we received our entrées. Ordered dessert via tableside tablet & it was brought the fastest out of anything that evening. Also paid with debit card via tableside tablet so there was no waiting around on her to take my card and it be 15 minutes before we saw her again. I appreciate the fact that alcoholic beverages were not offered this time also! No need to force the alcohol - they know y'all have it & if they want it, they are going to order it regardless if it's offered or not. So thank you because there was a recovering alcoholic in the party.3 months ago.... Went last night before going to the movies, around 5:30 p.m. Was told there would be a 15 - 20 minute wait. Sat down to wait and was buzzed only after waiting 2 minutes. Server was polite and very quick. Food was excellent as always! Salad and breadsticks were on point as expected! It is so nice to be able to go to a restaurant and KNOW you will get something good..... and know it will be exactly what you had 2 years prior. I love how they continue to take pride in the quality of their food. It really shows in the plates they bring out. I can't give them a higher rating than a 5 star so that's what it will have to be. I always recommend this location and others to Olive Garden. It really doesn't matter if you go to one location or the other - it seems all locations hold a high standard & I love that!11 month ago review.... Always a great place to go if you are on the Westside! Service is always great. Food is always great. Depending on what time of day or the day itself, will determine how long the wait could be. ( usually not too long. ) There is a lot of parking. ♿ accessible also. If you are having a large group, it would be wise to call ahead to try and get some seating arrangements took care of before arriving.
I've only eaten here a handful of times, and it it is pretty good for the most part. Kinda disappointed in the salad selection and I don't care much for the bread sticks. I give it a 3 stars not because it's bad but it's just not really my type of restaurant. Don't care for the atmosphere
Wish I would have took a photo was food and drink. We had a great waiter who took great care of us. We was told a wait of 30 mins and sat there around 15 and was seated. I ordered fettuccine with a steak on top and asked for med rare. It was perfect. They also done something I’ve never had done before he asked he to cut it before he walked away to make sure it was right. Definitely appreciated that!
I love Olive Garden and it has always been reliable. However this location was the worse experience I’ve ever had at an Olive Garden. I was traveling on a sports team in the area and I ordered the gluten free rotini for pickup that I usually get because they are one of the only places that have a celiac friendly pasta. I asked for the gluten free pasta and they gave me a non-gluten free one and I noticed it halfway through eating the pasta. I am currently experiencing the worst stomach aches and gluten ingestion damages my intestine. I called the restaurant and they did little to help my situation. They offered a gift card for my messed up meal but I had to spend money on medications and will experience days of pain because they messed the order up. Do not go to this Olive Garden period.
Maybe they serve you better food if you eat in for tips. If you want take out, forget it! We have loved Olive Garden 30z+ years. This is not up to usual standards. Spent $50 for two meals and 1 appetizer. Got home and the meals were just sad. Microwave dinners taste better than what we got. They were so skimpy with the sauce & the noodles were dry. Bread was dry. Salad was sad looking. Will never return.
