I got the chicken gyro and it was delicious. So good that I forgot to take a picture. And affordable too. It was about $7. I love that this business is open late. Thank you !!
Everyone said it was good they've improved the food but, I honestly wasn't impressed Arby's has better gyros. Which is sad considering these guys are not a fast food franchise
Better than the boiling springs location. The chicken tenders always have hard pieces of breading scattered on the outside of them so they definitely aren't the best. I do like being able to come here later than usual from time to time due to the late hours that they are open.
Food was good - I had the Philly all the way and the jalapeno poppers which were actually just mozzarella sticks, so I guess they screwed that up - but I was already back to my hotel so I wasn't going back out. Would eat again next time I visit Ground Zero.
I can't make judgement on all the food but the wings on the wing platter, are way to big now. It takes away the quality of taste the wings use to have. I will say they do have great customer service so, I want count them out that is a plus with me. Chicken wing platter was my favorite dish there I guess I will try something else.
Check out the major size difference in these two equally priced, meat and cheese only, six inch Cheesesteaks.I guess not all sandwiches are created equally at Miami Grill Spartanburg.
Ordered two philly subs through UberEats. Now one sub was described correctly and the other still had onions on it. I and my child are allegoric to ONIONS. So I call the restaurant because the delivery driver is there so they can make the corrections. The woman on the phone states that they don't care about our food allegories are were not remaking our meal. Now this was disheartening because we faithful eat at Miami Grill and never have a problem! I even called a ride and went to pickup the order myself and they still would not make the corrections. This meal was $38.22 and now fighting for my refund.
I’m honestly baffled at the way I was treated by the ENTIRE staff here, last night. I was very respectful and kind throughout the entire encounter. I previously rejected the young guy with the beard, and I’m assuming he said something to the other staff to cause them to miss treat me which I have no clue what that could possibly be , but the girl with the pink hair, and all her friends were INCREDIBLY rude. I dare to say downright malicious. I can only make this review so long, but to summarize, The entire staff went back to the kitchen to ‘prepare’ my order. Which was the first red flag to me. Took 15 minutes, then pink hair came back with a mask on. I have never seen any of these girls in my life. I just chalked it up to her having a bad day, and blew it off. After getting Home with my food I could tell something was immediately off. The chicken tasted old and the lettuce and bread were STIFF. I’ve been coming here for years, never tasted anything like that. Immediately threw it away . I called back to get the name of the person at the window and CHELSEY (I know her name because she called me from a private number , but I’m smarter) and said ‘we don’t have any girls working the window’, told me to come back, and hung up. So I did, and they all ran to the back and had to cook come talk to me, (same person I rejected), who was also very rude. That’s when it dawned on me. these girls proceeded to get my number from the work collar ID and call my phone and HARASS me at 1 am. Extremely unprofessional. It’s been that way for years, but not quite to this extent. Avoid at all cost.
This was our first time ordering from Miami Grill. I was hesitant to try the cheesesteak because true cheesesteaks are made in Philly, right? My husband suggested I give it a try. Anyway, I decided to try the original Philly cheesesteak and it was on the softest bread and filled with tender steak, melted cheese and caramelized onions. The sandwich was still hot. Upon first bite, the sandwich was easy to chew and a happy smile came to my face. My husband tried it and liked it, too. He ordered a turkey and cheese sub he thought was decent. He loved the Nathan's fries and I enjoyed the onion rings. I took off a star because I had a delivery and wished the turkey sandwich was wrapped without exposing part of the bread. No food should be exposed when handing off to a delivery person. We will try Miami Grill again.***returned a week later and the food did not taste the same. So, I removed one star.
I got a chef salad and it was really really good and you get a hard boiled egg with it too unlike anywhere else you go you don't get a hard boiled egg I recommend this place to anybody and everybody God bless
