Horrible customer service!!!! Wewent inside nd ordered and I kept having to repeat my self and after everything I asked for she kept saying "anything else " smh nd I was polite and said give me a second please! Nobody else was inline and when we got our food it was wrong! I asked for only ketchup only onions only MAYONNAISE on my wife's 2 quarter pounders nd she rang it up as only ketchup only onions nd only mustard ughhh smh
Worse meal EVER!!!! Ordered Big Mac, Fries, Crispy Chicken Sandwich and Oreo McFlurry. Big Mac was dry and looked like it had been stepped on! Crispy Chicken had no Mayo or anything and was so over cooked and hard I had to throw in the garbage!!! They handed my Oreo McFlurry out the window in a little small cup with ice cream on bottom and crumbled Oreos all on top! It wasnt even stirred!!! I had to hand it back and ask them to stir it - especially since they didnt even include a spoon or straw!!! Horrible location!!! Unbelievable!!! Best to just close this location since it makes the other locations look bad!!!
They didn't give us our fries had to go in then nobody ask what you need our anything had to say i need my fries I didn't receive their was only one girl ask after I said I need my fries but she was helping another person they act like they don't care about the costumers they get your wrong alot up ther
2 stars today normally i would do 5 but the service was horrible ordered 3 2 for $6 the burgers were still raw and a little bloody took it back got 2 new burgers just for them to be raw yet again
My boyfriend went in and ordered 3 2 for $6 2 burgers were pink and still bloody he took them back and got more and they were also pink and bloody went back for the third time to get 2 more one was fully cooked but the other was still pink and bloody now my boyfriend has food poisoning smh
The mobile app has the store opening at 05:00 and allowed me to order while traveling; however, upon arrival one discovers they do not open until 06:00. Given previous experience with three other stores throughout the Upstate, one. CANNOT have one’s money returned so I waited almost an hour for breakfast.Suggestion: take a fraction of your Billion dollar business and make certain your app reflects the reality within stores! In the past 5 attempts at using the app orders have been wrong or taken forever to obtain to get cold food. When calling corporate I was asked how I wanted these problems corrected, I stated I wanted refunds for orders where product was Not correct, but that never occurred. McDonald’s should just close or the app should only direct customers to a store(if it exists) where one can place an order and actually get the food one pays for
Got my order completely wrong & Charged the wrong amount. Went back and they refunded the order, and charged me for the correct order, but STILL got order completely wrong. Went in next day for refund again. Was a huge hassle, and refunds took 3 days to post. That was $24 I couldn't use, and was all I had.
The food was on point and customer service was great
Best mcdonald's I have ever been to.Everything works, food is great and staff is perfect.
We waited atleast 15 to 20 minutes for our food only to get home with practically raw cheeseburgers. I understand being busy and wanting to get the food out, but this is ridiculous. And could make someone very sick! If you are going to make people wait for their food. Make sure it's cooked!
