Sat In the drivethru for 15 minutes. Get to the kiosk and told to wait longer. Finally get to order. Pull forward to get my food and told to pull forward. 15 minutes later I finally get my food. Drive home happy to finally get to eat. My burger was burnt to a crisp. My dog would not even eat it. The entire near $12 meal went into the trash. Now I have to goto Wafflehouse and spend more money or no dinner tonight. I will never visit this Mcdonolds again.
I went to the McDonald’s on 221 chesnee highway in Spartanburg sc and of course the frappe machine is down as always then the man screams what over the drive they super rude after I had been waiting for 5mins to order and no one was even in line but me then got I finally get my food and it was cold as ice my advice never go there they always screw something up all the time worst and slowest service ever
Generally never have a problem with this location the food is usually fresh and service is typically pretty good but I tried to order an iced coffee and received what tasted and appeared to just be....water...with cream and sugar? Asked for a remake and got the same thing so don't bother getting coffee here I guess. Nastiest coffee I ever had.

They only had 3 people working but they were fast and polite. No bad attitude.
It was awful. We got cold burgers not even warm cold the American cheese that melts on anything was solid. And I get it if we came during a slow time this was at lunch. So disappointing. We didn't even eat them waste of money.
At least this local McDonald's seems to be doing better about getting your order right.
Went in made us use the kiosk. Burgers were cold and tasted expired. Nuggets were the only thing warm. My receipt wouldn't print so the manager didn't even help with that. This place has gone to hell fast

Always something wrong here. Today it's slow slow slow. Waiting on food ordered 15 minutes ago.... I'm standing here watching the people in the back play and have fun while I'm waiting on long ordered food.
