Soda fountain turned off. They will not refill your cup but they waste another plastic cup for you a refill. This will add to our landfill.
Gravy biscuit ordered through drive-thru. Checked the bag and inside the clear container of the gravy biscuit was a visible hair. Container never opened by me! Handed it back, i should have taken a picture. Just disgusted at the moment and they just assumed i wanted another one. Nope please provide my money. No I'm sorry or anything just sign this receipt. Was very disgusted ?
If I could give negative stars I would, this is the worst McDonald's you could go to, it's worth the drive to go to another one. Every time I come here they get my order wrong or forget something, and don't even think about curbside pick up, one time they forgot about our order and never came outside. And lastly I ordered just now and was going to forget a whole meal on my order. And I check now because I know they never get things right and I had gotten a chicken nugget happy meal, and inside the chicken nugget box was just sauce! A box of sauce! Ridiculous! I have never went to an establishment where on so many occasions they just suck. So never coming back, this was my last straw.
I visit this McDonald's once a week. Each Friday morning at 6:15 I have to sit at the intercom and wait for the lady to take my order. Sometime I sit for 5 to 10 minutes. If you are not ready to be open at that time, then you should not be open.
Good food. Alright service. Decent prices. Hard to beat. Not so healthy though but it's good.
They took my order over the speaker and then never came to the window. The cashier wasn't at the window, they told us to go around and then left us completely. Absolutely terrible, 0/10 save yourself the heartache.
Always a long line in the drive thru. Ordered on the app while waiting in line and decided to just park and pick up my order inside, which made it a little bit quicker.
They're trying. Historically terrible service and food, they must have hired a whole new staff. Food was hot, and fresh, and quickly made.
Very odd experience for a McDonald's but we went through the drive through today and both ladies working the windows were extremely nice and friendly. I say it's an odd experience because normally at McDonald's the people working there act like zombies who hate the living.. so this was very different but a welcome change. Wish more McDonald's were like this! Food came out fast and was good. No complaints.
This location is severely understaffed and it's best to go somewhere else unless a 30+ min wait for McDonald's is acceptable to you
