I did the mobile ordering. The service was fast and they got my order right. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the person who brought me the order didn't speak a word to me; even after i said thank you. No hello, have a good day or nothing. Just handed me the bag and walked off.
They are fast but still manage to mess up your order. Tried charging me 0.69 for a .5 oz ranch after spending $22 at their place. What a joke.
So I came in tonight to get some food after work been in line 30 mins get to the order part an when I go let me get a uhhh cause then menu changed on me I get told come on man the I order one thing an get asked if that’s all then I said no names off the rest of the stuff when I asked my buddy if he wanted anything this man completed my order then when I said that wasn’t it the guy told me then why u stop talking rude but I’m honestly dying in laughter right now only heron circle real gs work here bet I could get a dub an dirty sprit too
The staff is EXTREMELY unprofessional, ghetto and disrespectful. When all it took was one polite comment. McDonald's is the easiest job EVER, how can you be upset and angry while doing a job you wanted and need. Why work somewhere if it makes you mad, upset and disrespectful towards customers. From lack of staff businesses are getting desperate, and will hire anyone that is willing to just be there to turn on the lights because clearly these people have no sense of courtesy for customers or others and does not care if they lose their jobs. And that's scary especially dealing with food. It's sad. Working with food you should ALWAYS be happy. Why not? Everybody have to eat! I don't want angry people making my food. Anger and food prep doesnt mix and is not good. God help us all!
Came here on two different occasions within the past week. The first was dine in and second was drive through. The staff was really nice and the food was fast and good. This place should be a standard set for every other fast food restaurant.
I work for DoorDash and this McDonald's has the best crew in the area HAND'S DOWN - Whoever was there at about 9:45PM on 2/10/22 is awesome. I didn't get any names.Some locations don't even say anything to you at all from arrival to departure.This crew was fast, friendly, professional and even made it a priority to make my food (I ordered myself some food while I was there) exactly as I ordered it. I was being extra with all kinds of added ingredients to my order and I could hear them in the back working together to get it right. As for the DoorDash order, it was ready well before the "pickup time".Kudos to this team and I hope their efforts are recognized by management!!!
I went on a Sunday morning. First all when I walked in no one to greet me. Another Patron had to inform me that I had to use the kiosk. Then the kiosk was not printing recipes. When ask for a receipt we got"I don't know how to fix it!" Then when our order was ready we ask for utensils and we got with an attitude "I put some in there ma'am put here!" When I showed her that it was not in the bag then she said with attitude "Whatever anything else!" We just left!! This is the first time I ever got service like this. I know that nothing will be done but this is a word of caution to all that goes there. Do not look for great service at the McDonald's on Hearon Circle.
A few years ago before I moved; I used to bring my kids to play. Once, there was a man that came in and he had no children with him, no food, and a leather jacket. He came into the play place and sat down facing the kids with his jacket over his lap. I started watching him and he was acting like he was charging his phone but his hand was under the coat. I thought I could see the coat moving so I got up and went to tell a worker. She told me they wouldn’t ask him to leave because they had no reason to even though he had no food or kids with him. He must have figured it out though because he was very upset with me when I got back, I got my family to leave and he came out in the parking lot yelling at me. We never went back.
Food has Completely Shrunk, But Prices are Way Up There. They Don't have any Pride in Their Business! All They are Interested in is The Almighty Dollar Bill ?. I still stupidly stop and get The Most Inexpensive Thing to Hold Me Over. You Best Go Somewhere and get A Decent Meal or Cook like I Usually Do! You Can Have All You Want ??!
Sat in mobile order spot waiting on food for over 30 minutes waiting on our order. Finally just had to get it from inside. Very rude and lazy employees here. They act like they are mad at you because they had to be at work. Poor service. Would not recommend.
