ORIGINAL REVIEW - 2019this place needs to tighten up - this is the third time this week they've messed up my order. they gave me a single quarter pounder after i ordered and paid for a double quarter pounder. this is the third time in 5 days. i am beginning to feel like this is not accidental. there are quite a few younger people working here, and it is within the realm of possibility that one of them finds this humorous. if this is the case, management needs to take action.EDIT - 6/20/2022there seems to be a lot of confusion about this location and their hours of operation. I am here right now at 12:56 a.m. and i can assure you both the dining room and drive-thru are closed. this is the second time within the last two weeks that i have been here after midnight, and they are closed. this location may have been open 24-hours at one point in time (pre-Covid perhaps) but they are not anymore. they do have a sign on the the drive-thru window, which i have uploaded a picture of, that says the drive-thru is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week - this is false and needs to be updated.
They were struggling during the lunch rush but they did their absolute best not to mess anything up, and when they did they apologized repeatedly and tried to explain why they are like this and would give each other advice or friends to keep each other with a smile by telling Dad jokes. Even though I don't work for this company I did try to get them to laugh by telling them my Version of dad jokes and they were all giggling and get things done a little bit faster. I'm glad my jokes were able to get people less stressed and a little bit happier.
My aunt went through the drive through and ordered a sweet tea and more food for me and my brothers when we got home my aunt found a airpod in the bottom of the drink. We tried to call this place multiple times but it went straight to voicemail and when we tried to leave a message it said that the box was to full. You should never eat here, plus the food is Disgusting, it doesn’t even taste right
This is normally my favourite McDonnalds, but today they just struggled. Their speaker was down and they had a person who reaked of Pot taking orders.Somehow whenever I order "Cheeseburger Happymeal Ketchup Only" I don't get cheeseburgers. I get Hamburgers Ketchup Only. Today I ordered Cheeseburger Happy Meals cheese and ketchup only and got burger patties with cheese and ketchup in McNugget boxes. No bun. And they forgot my cheeseburger meal entirely, even though I asked at the payment window as well.
The place has two drive-thrus and the speed of service is good. The staff can good and the place is generally clean. The food is good and prepared good. There is one exception, it is their French Fries, which are pulled to quickly resulting is a greasey and soft French Fry. Trying to asked for fresh or hard cooked does not help.
They have a camera facing right into you’re car. They are sometimes very rude and their machines are always “not working”. If we ask for something one day they can do it but the next they can’t I feel like it’s just a one person choice their making.
Has to be the worst McDonald’s/fast food place I’ve ever visited. Moved to the area about two years ago and have two children so we eat fast food quite often. McDonald’s is one of the kids favorites. I’ll just be clear from the get go. This place sucks! They never get your order correct. The food you receive is always over cooked or nasty. Went through the drive thru tonight the young man was very friendly “which is very rare there”. Pulled up, paid and was asked to go to the #2 car side spot. Waited and eventually walked in. Out of five people that were up front 3 were in uniform. After 15 mins got our food. Came home to burnt Mcchickens, no condiments on any of the other sandwiches. You couldn’t hire 5 new managers to turn that place around. Will not be returning.
My food was not hot and fresh. The food was awful. Need better service
I really enjoy the chicken and the app makes it that much easier to order. Other fast food restaurants don't even do orders on their app. I mean really, what's the point? Thanks, McD's.
I won't go back to cedar springs mcdonalds.they the only one I have been to that charges 75 cents to substitute real bacon for Canadian bacon on egg mcmuffin.Canadian bacon costs more.lots of their prices are above other mcdonalds in area.service leaves a lot to be desired.
