Plan on waiting your lunch / dinner break here waiting... 30 minutes in the drive through is ridiculous, for a simple burger and fries. I live and work near by so this location is convenient but by all means stay away. I seem to have better luck at the two Duncan locations or Heron Circle if I really want to eat McDonald's. I have been here many times over the years and its the same every time. Cook out next door will be getting my business.
This location needs to be better organized. As a restaurant that stays as busy as this one you would think the staff and management be prepared for this. I understand that a staffing shortage could be the problem. But that's not always the case. I knew someone who worked there and they said it was more like a social club than a restaurant and people not doing their jobs and getting away with it. So whoever owns this store might want to spend a little more time in it just to see how things are operating
Won't be back. Not only can the drive thru not get your order correct, but they cannot make change correctly either. Bill was $15.42 and I paid with a $20 bill and $.42. Guy gave me 4 one dollar bills, my 4 dimes and 2 pennies back. Then shut the window laughing. Really??? Of course the lobby was closed at 9:10pm. Will never go back to this restaurant again. Mistake EVERY TIME I have been.
Ordered two double cheeseburgers at drive thru. When we went to pay only one double cheeseburger was entered. Kid at window told us to go around and reorder. Mistakes happen. Totally understand…but why we got to go back around and reorder????
Not sure what's going on with McDonald's but Ronald needs to step in and make a few changes. Ordered chicken nuggets with honey mustard sauce never got my sauce. Took 10-15 minutes to get my drink, the drink machine was messing up and the drink bar was closed. Rude staff just another McDonald's I'll never visit again
I dont know but yesterday there is a woman that worked the drive thru yesterday and she was super nasty towards my family. Over a piece of cheese. Because she wasnt told too take it off the sandwich
Extremely slow when your standing at the register to order, toke them 20 minutes to finally get to the register and all they were doing was standing around and talking about family issues and other people. It also toke them 30 to 45 minutes to even get my food to me. Unacceptable customer service and Unacceptable employee management.
Got hired and was told to wait on an email to get started. 3 weeks later I still have no email. When you call the store the phone just rings and rings and rings or they answer and then hang up on you. All these places are hiring but then they don't do what they're supposed to do to get the hired people in the door.
I'd love to see these employees expressions if I tried to give them fries with this much salt and expect them to eat them. I appreciate you wasting my time dragging my baby out of the house and all the way across town to get him some french fries that he couldn't eat-trying to get anything in him to keep hydrated. Do better. He is sick and that's all he wanted. Wasted 40 mins dressing us both getting there got fries he cant eat now back home soothing him trying to find him something he will take/can actually eat is 100% unacceptable.
I wish I could put less than one star. Needs new management and new employees. Today, while waiting on the drive thru lane whoever was taking orders never change the speaker to the side I was in. Lines were full. Get in trying to order just to find out the lack of training the employees have, they were standing looking into each other, blaming on missing orders. Definitely needs a better organization ASAP.
